Shipping was slow and the item i received wasn't correct in it's description online. I now have to take it to the post office to return it. Needing this item for work, I will now be with out for at least another week and a half.

I placed an order for 4 pairs of jeans for my husband. The next day someone called to tell me they no longer make those jeans but offered several pairs of a similar style. I told her I would talk to my husband and get back to her. She gave me her number and we left it at that. Well..I got busy as tornadoes ravaged out area in Nebraska and my husband had some farm ground that was destroyed. The day after the tornadoes my mother was hospitalized with internal bleeding caused from a recent medication change. So calling this person back was the last thing on my mind. About a week later, this same girl called me back to find out if I had made a decision. I thanked her so much for calling back and told her what we would like. The order is on the way....havent received it yet but the friendly voice in customer service was the reason I ordered. Thank you ...I wish I could remember her name but I cant. I am sure if you look at our order...you will find out. She is a gem and definitely a keeper for your company.
