I placed an order almost two weeks ago and it is still in the processing stages. This is a Christmas present and I paid close to $9.00 for shipping. Waiting for customer service to answer me as to when it might ship and if it will arrive in time.

Every time I order something I always have to wait for Carhartt to ship it to you and then you ship to me. This adds days to the delivery time. Ordered on 9/23 and didn't ship till 10/4. I just ordered 3 pair of jeans 34X32 B18 very common but you don't seem to stock them. What's up ?

Placed an order on line. Gave them my credit card. Two days later I received an email saying some items were on back order and some clearance items were sold out. Sent an email back that it was ok and gave them the color change choice they asked for. Haven't heard or received merchandise yet.
