I ordered some parts. They arrived in a decent amount of time, for a decent price, and were exactly what I had ordered. Can't do any better than that. 5 stars. Easy peasy. I'll be a return customer.

Midway frequently offers free shipping and i waited for them to offer it before making my order. The price on the Sierra projectiles i intended to purchase increased by 28% the same time free shipping became available. I have bought from them many, many times and normally just order what ever i need whether shipping is free or not, but i was in no hurry to restock my supply of projectiles so I waited. Not sure if this is standard practice for them or not, but it's shady. Shipping was $15 bucks, the price increase for 2 boxes was $80.... buyer beware.

I gotta say... I am REALLY surprised by the poor reviews here. I ordered the Wild Hare Leather Accent Cold Weather Shooting Jacket for him for Christmas. My father is notoriously difficult to buy gifts for - if he wants something, he buys its for himself but he doesn't want much, so I was pretty excited about this find. It was reported delivered, yet was nowhere to be found. I contacted Midway about the missing package and they replied within 24hrs, requesting I wait 2 days to see if it got delivered and if it didn't, they would send a replacement or refund. Two days later, no jacket. Midway offered to air ship it to me so it would arrive by Christmas (the original package eventually showed up the next day as it was delivered to the wrong house and I will send back the replacement). There were no issues, no rudeness, no negativity whatsoever. They didn't make me jump through hoops or doubt what I was telling them. This was some of the most exceptional customer service I have EVER experienced. I spoke with a Robbie and Jasmine who were both kind, courteous and professional. The jacket arrived before Christmas and my Dad was THRILLED with his new shooting apparel. So not only was the website user friendly, good discounts, and reasonable pricing (less expensive than Amazon), but the Customer Service was above and beyond and the products were high quality. I will absolutely be giving MidwayUSA more of my business based off this awesome experience.

I have looked at an item that Midway USA was offering online, upon looking at the item my email address appears to have been sold to a marketing business for Midway now Everytime I open my email I get attacked from their advertisers and am extremely tired of getting these 24/7 I have contacted Midway several times about this and they claim they don't have any record of my email and the advertising will not stop and all ads say Midway USA all over them. I am going to open a case with the Better Business Bureau and get to the bottom of this problem, and put an end to it, personally I have never done business with Midway USA and never will now for sure

I have ordered from MidwayUSA a few times without issue until recently when I placed an order for some ammo. When I placed the order, I received an email stating that part of my order would now be on backorder. The backorder shipped the next day, and I was charged for shipping for the second order. I called the company, and they were adamant about not refunding me for the backorder shipping cost and even argued with me about it and tried to make me feel stupid. I asked them to delete me from their system and will never do business with them again.

I’ve order black powder revolver’s pistols and rifles staff is 5 stars at least keep it up thank you.

I’ve been buying firearms online since 2019, because of availability and better prices. In August I bought an S&W M&P9 Shield carry/comp from Midway. They were the only dealer that had the gun in stock at the time, and I paid the full S&W MSRP of $649. A couple months ago I registered with Midway to purchase a CZ 457 Varmint MTR rifle when it came in stock. Now this rifle has an CZ MSRP of $859, yet a few weeks later Midway e-mailed me and said they had my rifle for $999. I wanted the rifle, but couldn’t abide by Midway’s sleazy sales practices. Mr. Potterfield, you should be ashamed of yourself, for scalping those who made you a billionaire; and it’ll be a cold day in hell before I place another order with Midway

Well, I can only speak for my experience. I ordered some captured buffer springs on three different occasions. I can't help it. Once I tried the first one, I wanted to use them on all my builds. The shipping was very fast. Can't complain. All 3 times it was the exact same process for me. Fast and zero issues. I am doing this because MidwayUSA deserves a good voice. This is for this product. 3 times. Lol. But I had a good experience and do trust using them again.
