This product is the best facial razor I’ve ever used! I love the light & how easy to use it is! Highly highly recommend this product ! Worth the price!

I love this device! Super easy to use and easy to hold. It cleanses my skin super well, much better than I could do with my hands alone. My skin started to look more clear and smooth after starting using this cleansing device. I enjoy the fact that it is waterproof and have different speed modes.

I am so amazed by this product. I love the quality and how vibrant it has left my skin. I've only used it once so far but l've noticed that my skin instantly looked more even.

Once again you say you only asked for last 4 numbers of credit card, you did not , you demanded a picture of my credit card & drivers license! As I’ve said before, I called Discover card & reported your request for that info, they informed me they don’t look at addresses & I should NEVER give that info away. I ordered from another company with the same auto fill from my new address, they had no problem sending my order, so stop the lying, you will never admit your in the wrong, so again, I don’t trust you, & will never order from you again. You never convince me that you followed some nonsense procedure, I’m done!!!! 

Ordered a product. after 14 days it has not arrived. Am told I have to wait 30 days and if still hasn't arrived, they will reship. I can buy this product elsewhere, quicker, however, this company refuses to return my money. Their hidden policies allow them to keep your money indefinitely with a '...we are not responsbile for shipping..' excuse. Do not order anything from this company.

Michael Todd Beauty really helped me with my purchase. I had some questions about how to use the product I wanted to purchase and contacted Customer Service. I received a response from Customer Service with the answer to my question. The response from Customer Service accidentally went to my junk mail. I noticed the response to my question the next day and sent in my order based on the complete information I received from Customer Service. Great product! Great Customer Service!

The thing I like most about this company in addition to its products is the fantastic customer service. They are always prompt to respond and they always find a resolution that is satisfactory.

I have tried to contact customer service several times their mailbox is full so you can not leave a message. I sent several emails and I still have not heard back from them. I have a personal shopper assistant that was assigned to me from day 1 when I purchased my products. They responded back quickly so they tried to contact there team support and to this day still haven't heard back. Poor customer service never have I had this much difficulty with a company to responded to help with issues they responded quickly. I have bought products from them couple years back and they responded quickly. This time it makes you wonder if they are still in business. If they keep this up they won't be for long. I wrote on BBB. I'm going to social media. Beware product does not work it won't charge save your money. Very unhappy, products are not cheap they are expensive. Poor service. OH MY GOSH, people READ the negative. I should of done my research first before I bought. UPDATE: My personal shopper assistant fondly received a response I started contacting them on Monday and they contact me on Friday after I went on social media. Very poor service. I mailed my soniclear petite. I had to pay for shipping and for return shipping once they examine the soniclear they will send it back at my expense. My expense for shipping out of my pocket is $30.00. I will update once I receive either a new or my original soniclear petite after they examine my soniclear petite. UPDATE 3/5/2024 Micheal Todd Beauty customer service took care of my Soniclear petite and also replaced it for a new one due to after the warranty department took a look at mine that it was not usable so they sent me a new one. Plus the shipping label to return back to me. They are sending me a check to cover the cost of the return label what I paid for of course I had to show proof of my purchase. Customer service once we started communicating has been awesome. To bad I had to go to such length to get there attention. I was not giving up until everyone heard what I was going through. I did change my 1 star to 3 stars. I would of given 5 stars if I didn't had to fight for attention. Thank you Micheal Todd Beauty for making it right.
