I'm a 47 year old busy mom with little time to treat myself! The Sonicsmooth Pro+ was the perfect treat! It left my skin feeling so much smoother after it removed my peach fuzz and dead/dull skin! I can highly recommend this product and definitely plan to make it part of my weekly routine!

I agree with previous poster-seems a scam company-product not received-email response on asking for refund is automated about using the product incorrectly! The website says ships from America-the tracking info shows it going around China and currently in Hong Kong after Gangzhou etc and starting in Hong Kong. Be aware and buy from another source.

We are truly sorry to hear about your experience and apologize for any frustration you've encountered. We understand how disappointing it can be when things don’t go as expected, and we sincerely appreciate you bringing this to our attention. Regarding our shipping, we operate from two warehouses: one in Atlanta, GA, and another in Hong Kong, which ultimately handles international orders. We understand how the tracking information may have caused concern, but please rest assured this is part of our standard procedure for shipping internationally. Let us know if you have any other questions!

Complete scam company - ordered over three weeks ago, still haven't received my order. When I email about this, I get a AI generated email about how to use my product - stay clear of them!!!!!!
