The customer service is absolutely excellent - they were super prompt in emails to answer every question I had, and once I bought the ring, they were excellent about getting it out to be re-sized. The ring is beautiful and everything I had hoped for. 10/10 would shop here again!

MiaDonna is an excellent company
MiaDonna is an excellent company, with excellent customer service and products. I didn't know ethical gold and diamonds existed and this company opened my eyes, what they do is very important and thoughtful. I appreciate what they do and how they do it! I bought my wedding bands there and I will keep purchasing jewelry with MiaDonna!

My fiancé bought the Paris Engagement…
My fiancé bought the Paris Engagement ring for me with a 1.5 cushion cut Diamond Hybrid and I purchased the matching wedding band both in Platinum. They are both absolutely stunning and I love them so much. Working with MiaDonna has been a pleasure, I love the sustainability and ethics of the company which was a huge thing for me in getting an engagement ring. Plus the quality is beyond amazing. My only issue was with the custom engraving. I can barely see it on the band and it was placed in a odd space. I would recommend engraving locally when you get it so you can work with the engraver on placement and size.

Hello Catleen, thank you so much for your wonderful review and we are delighted you love your Paris Wedding Set. It is a truly beautiful set. Thank you for giving us feedback on the engraving and we will see what can be done to overcome this. It is often difficult to engrave centrally as the casting house places a gold stamp in the inside of the ring which is most probably the reason for the strange location. I apologize for this. Thank you so much for choosing MiaDonna.

Ring is beautiful
Ring is beautiful! I ordered a month out from the wedding. Leaving out of town a week before the wedding. I called to check on it. Was supposed to have it Friday. A representative called me on Thursday, which I loved. They got it on Friday and shipped over night to received on Saturday before we leave out for the wedding on Monday! Excellent customer service and beautiful product! Highly recommend
