Amazing quality, constant contact with a team member, great company all around.

I had my ring custom made from a designer ring image/concept I really liked - and it turned out exactly as I wanted it. They had the metal I wanted (Palladium), and a cost conscious conflict free stone that looks amazing. It took a little longer than I wanted, but they even managed to overnight ship it to me at a hotel in Colorado so I didn't miss the opportune moment to pop the question on my road trip. My customer service rep was the same person throughout the entire experience (shout out to Linley! You were awesome), and she was incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions and ensuring that my ring turned out the way that I wanted it to. Would definitely recommend custom making a custom ring with Mia Donna. If you are contemplating - you know what you want, and you want a cost conscious conflict free option.. don't hesitate! It took me forever to pull the trigger, but I wish I had started earlier. I got my custom ring in about 1 month with one CAD revamp (to make it the way I wanted it). I usually hunt through reviews like this and think "that dude was an employee" or "that is planted review". This is a genuine review, mostly due to the customer service I received, as well as the amazing end result. I could not be happier with my purchase. I got a 5K designer ring design made conflict free in palladium with engraving (which wasn't available through other places I looked) for under 3K - and it looks better in my opinion. Hard to beat that.

Buying a ring can and probably will be one of the most overwhelming purchases a man will ever make. Worrying about her taste, the size of the ring and the stone. But with Mia Donna that's not a problem because they're there to walk you through every step with you if you need them. I shopped around to all of my local Jewelers knowing the style of ring I was looking for and no one could match what I had in mind. I came across an online advertisement and decided Id look and man am I happy I did. I picked out the Petals ring and it is as beautiful in person as I hoped it would be. I was extremely impressed with the customer service. The local shop that sized my fiancée's finger sized her a little too big. When we sent it back for resizing they noticed a small scuff that happened somewhere in the early days she wore t and fixed it without questions. Really, really, really was without a doubt a awesome experience through and through with Mia Donna making it all possible.

The hardest part of the purchase process was to actually pick what awesome design to actually buy. I was able to finally narrow it down to 3 and did the ever trusting "Einey, Meney, Miney, Moe," and I settled for the 2 ct. Zenia Diamond Hybrid Round Solitaire with 14kt white gold. Originally, I was going to propose to her in Hawaii on 9/5, however, we have a sick family member and moved up the wedding to accommodate that member. I needed the ring super fast, and was able to get it with the help of a couple of great ladies for MiaDonna. My wife and I got married on 8/1 and the ring was envied by all. Thank you so much for the beautiful ring. We will be shopping again for more items in the future.
