Perfectly satisfied even though everything didn't go perfectly. My husband accidentally sized his right hand instead of his left, which was slightly larger. And even though I was given an opportunity to review my order I didn't notice my bands were ordered in the wrong color gold. Mistakes happen, from the customer side and company side. Here's where a company really shows you what they are made of. They promptly had us into the showroom, corrected our order and even sent me home with a sample band so I didn't have to wear my engagement ring solo. I love everything this company stands for.
