I spent a lot of time emailing Linley back and forth until I was able to decide on what ring I wanted to have custom made. I opted for the Elsa setting in 14K rose gold, with an oval cut morganite stone set horizontally. Linley was very prompt in getting back to me and I was excited to pick up my ring and meet her in person at the same time. I'm really happy with the beauty and quality of the ring, and the exceptional service I received.

Ring arrived incredibly fast and the packaging was wonderful. Not to mention she loves the ring.

They educate you as well as impress you with their products and customer service. Their showroom is welcoming, again the customer service from Linley was exceptional. The jewelry was very diverse. The options on cut, clarity, size, stones. Again, all exceptional. We had been shopping for the right engagement set for over 6 months and found ourselves the most magnificent set within an hour. When we asked Linley for advice regarding the stone size in our setting. She was honest, never tried to oversell us . We couldn't be happier, and of course we will be back for HIS ring.

Awesome experience. The ring arrived earlier than expected and was stunning. The only complaint if you could call it that is that the ring box was kind of big and hard to conceal. Will absolutely be ordering more from them.

I Recently received my Tyra wedding set and I am flawed ! It is so beautiful . I was recently a victim of a robbery and my engagement ring and wedding band were stolen from my home. I was absolutely devastated. After being married for 10 years, having a baby and buying a home, I knew we couldn't afford to replace the original set. There wonderful customer service staff help me make my final decision. When they came in the mail my husband surprised me by proposing all over again, I couldn't stop crying. These rings truly meant a new beginning for us after such a traumatic event. They are even more beautiful than my original set that my husband paid over 20 thousand dollars for. I love both my engagement ring and wedding band! There isnt a matching band for my engagement ring, but I love the mix and match style so we decided to go with one of the vintage style bands and i couldnt be happier! Definitely recommend this company to anyone! And i love the fact that they are conflict free diamonds!

Went in to Mia Donna to see if I could find something special for my 60th/retirement. As soon as you walk in you feel the different experience they offer. First it's private 1:1. You can view several prices at once. Sales person isn't just showing one at a time. Refreshments offered, no pressure sales even though I kept changing my mind. I did purchase the Crown ring with a 2.5 alexandrite. Proud to own and tell everyone about the experience.
