I was quoted for a service and when I received the bill it was higher than I was quoted. So I called and they treated me very respectfully and made the necessary changes to my bill. I had a great experience. I had a deadline The original stone that I picked became unavailable so with my permission it was replaced with a slightly larger stone and a better quality. Beautiful ring on time was the result. I’m telling everyone I know that Mia is the place to go for quality conflict free gemstones.
