The ring I received was of excellent quality! I was having issues with the shipping since the delivery would have been during when I was at work but Miadonna was very responsive and was able to correct the problem so fast! I definitely recommend them not only for their quality but for their mission (and ethical engagement ring and wedding band is very important to me) and customer service!

What an excellent company. Customer service was great phone calls are answered each time we called in. There is a few issues with the ring not Miadonna's fault. The ring needed to get resized in a short time and they completed the work two separate times and got the ring back within 7 days for the proposal. Justine's customer service is impeccable
