After calling and asking many questions about the product I was then convinced to purchase. I loved the great customer service. The only issue I had was the wait time. It came about 2 weeks after the initial date however it was due to apparently have imperfections in the ring and had to be remade. Although I had to wait a little longer I appreciate the communication of the issue and going the extra mile to ensure that it was in fact 100%. I will definitely be ordering more things in the future.

My fiancé never wanted a diamond that could have possibly been a blood diamond, so we were very happy when we heard of Mia Donna through a Facebook add. After much research on the company, we decided to purchase her ring, a 1.5 diamond hybrid round with a rose gold traditional band. The ring is stunning. My fiancé gets complements on the rings beauty daily. We could not be more happy with the purchase. However, with that being said, the process of getting the ring was one of the worst online experiences I've ever had. I was emailed almost immediately after the online purchase and told the ring would be shipped in 7-10 business days. About a week later I was emailed saying that the stone chipped while being set and that they had no more 1.5 carat hybrids in their inventory. They did give me the option of a 1.25 or a 2 carat replacement, neither of which I wanted. I told them I'd wait for the 1.5, and they upgraded my shipping to overnight. All in all it took 6 weeks to get the ring. The woman I emailed with back and forth, Alexa, was very helpful, accommodating, and apologetic for the situation. My final words are this: gorgeous ring that was well worth the wait.

I chose to purchase the Empress engagement ring with a gorgeous oval diamond center-stone. The ring is just incredible. I planned on proposing in Hawaii and I needed the ring before our departure flight. The ring took longer then I expected, but it arrived the day before we left. So, give yourself an extra couple weeks. Customer service was good. I feel great about the purchase, and even better, she said yes!

Hi, I purchased the princess cut 2 ct princess cut 'Honey' in Palladium for my wife's 20th anniversary. When we contacted MiaDonna we were sent a ring sizer with instructions. As it turns out, the stone is big and spins on her finger (normal). When we asked about sizing - we specifically asked about Bishop Balls as we were afraid to actually size the ring. That would be at a 'cost' and we would have to pay to ship the ring back. I can do that here at a local jeweler and not pay the 'cost' of shipping it back. The ring was not 'inexpensive' and you would think (given the price of the setting) that MiaDonna would do that for their customers. Beautiful piece - just disappointed in the response.

I had a great experience. I even had to ship the ring back for resizing and that process was smooth and got ring back in a timely manner. My fiancé is so happy with the ring!!!

Dealing with the Mia Donna was a grear experience, i love that the staff were avaliable for us even though we are based in Australia. The shipping process was fast however, as the customs form was emailed to us, rather than posted with the item we had to wait as the item was sent back to customs to be reprocessed with the form and then pay an additional $130 service fee for sending it back, so in the end we saved no money on customs. Please ensure you post a hard copy of the customs form with the item for future Australian clients! Other than that, the ring is perfect! Ben proposed a few days after it arrived and the ring is stunning. I dreamed about getting this ring for over a year and now i have it, i could not be happier! Thank you all so much!
