Great customer service! I had to get my husband’s wedding band re-sized (before the wedding day) and the customer service team were very responsive and helpful. They were able to return it with plenty of time and kept me updated through the whole process. I would definitely recommend MiaDonna and we will shop here again.

The first ring I ordered was lovely but to big to get resized. The customer service ladies were so very helpful as they aren’t supposed to do exchanges after the tag was removed but that’s what it ended up being. I appreciate their kindness in answering my many emails to get the rings I have now they are truly lovely. I would recommend them on their mission and customer service alone. Top notch staff thank you so much.
