MiaDonnaReviews of miadonna.com

MiaDonna is a great company. My sample rings shipped fast. The return packaging was included. They received my order and processed my refund quickly. A rep reached out to see if I had any questions, but was not pushy at all. The rings were beautiful - I will probably be choosing a ring from this company if I choose to ask for a new ring. Highly recommend!

Needed a size that wasn’t available and everyone was super helpful and nice. Loved my ring and the mission behind it. Highly recommend it!

Beautiful ring!

Although it took a little longer to receive the product than I had hoped when it got here it was perfect. The delay wasn't on them though it was purely the CoViD-19 that caused the delay so I can't blame that on them at all. THe service was fantastic. I had one issue and it was resolved by mail and in a matter of minutes on the phone. Just a simple mix up on the certificate that showed 14ct white gold instead of platinum the ring though was exactly what I wanted so all they needed was to send out the corrected certificate and they got that to me in a couple of days. The next time I have a few thousand to spend on jewelry it will be here I'm sure.

Great customer service. Very responsive. Overall a very satisfying experience.

Miadonna is extremely efficient and professional in their services. I appreciate their presence in this space, and especially the ability to shop from across the country. Thanks, Miadonna!

Second purchase. Both experiences were excellent and orders were filled and shipped very quickly. Great company to purchase from.

Miadonna is awesome! They were kind, quick, and did an amazing job on a custom band and ring set. Two big thumbs up!!
