Customer service is really good with fast communication replies. However, the ring I bought ended up with had excellent diamonds but had sub-par workmanship (it was a palladium ring, a bit crooked). I talked with them via email and the manager offered to get it exchanged and personally check it. She also said she'd look into the how the ring imperfection was missed in their QA process so it doesn't happen again. Ultimately, we opted for a refund due to our time limitation (it takes a week to forge the ring). Refund was credited back to us within two business days of MiaDonna receiving the returned ring. This company is definitely trust worthy and we'd buy from them again--just not last minute in case we get a defective item!

Paid to resize my ring. A day went by and no communication as to how to send my ring in. After reaching out to follow up, they finally responded with instructions on how to send them the ring and they provided me with the packaging slip. Due to that delay in communication, I was told my ring would be returned by 1-day shipping instead of 2, as a courtesy. Unfortunately, my ring took forever to make it there as it was shipped via awful USPS. Was supposed to be 2-day shipping, but it was more like 7 - not Miadonna's fault, but that was the most reasonable priced way to send it insured. Miadonna did not offer the option at the beginning to just purchase shipping through them, which was a bit frustrating, as that would have alleviated my shipping problems in getting the ring to them. After my ring finally arrived to them, it took more than 2 days to resize, if I remember correctly. Then, of course, it was shipped back to me 2-day instead of 1, as promised at the beginning. When I initially inquired before doing all this, I was told by customer service that it's 2 days to ship it there - which is why I was confused as to why they didn't offer the option to ship to them through them - 2 days for repair, and then 2 days to ship it back. My entire process was a little less than 2 weeks.

Diamond Hybrid was easily detectable by a jeweler as being a Diamond Simulant. Diamond tester did not even register its lowest reading. Jeweler Tested a Moissanite and diamond tester registered very strong reading. Paid extra for expedited shipping and the Miadonna's refund was was not of complete purchase order as their website states that it will deduct the shipping charges from the refund amount. The problem with that is that the shipping charges were that were paid were for expedited shipping is paid in addition to what Miadonna says it would deduct from the refund. So if a customer pay for expedited shipping and returns the item, the customer pays for shipping twice.In short, Shipping is free only if you don't return the item. Not good business.
