My ring needed to be repaired and the process was so easy and quick! I returned it and there was about a week or so turnaround time. Got my ring back and it looks good as new.

The try-on box is such a great idea. It helped me determine what carat sized I wanted, too! The staff was attentive and prompt with my numerous questions!
