Absolutely great company to work with. All of the staff I worked with made sure that my questions were answered. I would buy from them again for any other special jewelry occasions.

Very positive experience!

We are very happy with our purchase. The engagement ring I got was perfect, she loved it and she shows it off to everyone. The stone is real and perfect as advertised. She's been wearing the ring for a few months now there's been no issues, it's exactly what we both wanted. Also the customer service was excellent. We had to do a resize and Shelby helped us, and all other staff we spoke to were very kind and helpful to us. The resize was a perfect fit, and they don't charge extra for that resize either. That's a great deal and it reflects the moral standards of the company. The ring was perfect, the stone is amazing, great customer service and company ethics. I will definitely purchase from Miadonna again, and recommend them to others.

MiaDonna had so many styles to choose from, both traditional and modern, so eventually I found the perfect ring. It came just in time for Christmas as promised, and she couldn’t have been more stoked. I feel good about going eco with my jewelry purchase, for the same reason I went vegan...to stop supporting an industry driven by greed at the cost of the lives surrounding it, and the cost of precious, finite resources of our plant. A+

I ordered a try on at home ring kit and it was awesome! I'm in the beginning stages of choosing an engagement ring and seeing the styles on my hand in the comfor tof my own home was a lot of fun. The first time I went to a store, I was overwhelmed by how choices there are and wasn't sure how to ask for what I wanted. The try on at home kit helped me decide on the style I want and the diamond guide helped us with picking out the perfect diamond! Also, during these different 2020 times, it was fun to try on the rings with my best friend from home over facetime!!

Excellent experience and quality. I'll be returning again.

So yes, my fiance and I absolutely love her new engagement ring. It is so beautiful that we both stare at it all the time. But there has to be a process and story behind getting anything of significance and in this case it is the amazing Shelby and the ring designers at Miadonna. I had a few questions about the selection and payment process and Shelby was so quick to help me each time. And when we needed the ring to be resized the process to have this done was friendly, fast and comforting.

Had some trouble with a custom order but the customer service is the best I’ve ever had. They took care of everything no questions asked. I wish more companies were like these wonderful people
