I had a great experience with Miadonna! They did everything to make sure I got a quality product. When the shipping took a little long I emailed and they responded right away and got my ring to me in the time frame I needed it. I love my new 10 year anniversary upgrade. It’s a diamond hybrid and I’ve only had it a week so hopefully it stands up to daily wear.

Beautiful! Just the perfect size

Excellent service and product. The engagement ring is gorgeous and my fianceé gets compliments daily on it. Every email I sent was immediately answered and made sure I received the ring before Christmas by shipping it overnight through FedEx. Couldn't be happier with this company.

MiaDonna was very pleasant to work with. Fist off, their website is easy to use and provides a lot of information. My order was a present for my wife so I had it delivered to the store. They contacted me promptly when it arrived and were very flexible on pick up. My wife thought the ring was super beautiful but was not what she wanted. We returned the ring to the store and they helped us pick a new ring that better matched my wife's desires. We can't wait ot get the new ring in a week or so.
