Hello Ben, we are so sorry to hear that the chain was not what you were expecting. We don't have many issues with chains tangling as a general rule but since the chain was a 24" then I am thinking the added length resulted in this. We can only apologize for the inconvenience and will definitely look into how we can package it differently so this does not happen in the future. Unfortunately, Saturday delivery is always more expensive. Due to your timeline, we needed to do overnight shipping with added Saturday delivery and this is the reason we had to charge an additional $25 to the overnight pricing. We hope your partner is enjoying her beautiful necklace.

Hello Erin, I am so sorry the custom process took longer than you expected but this was mainly due to having to completely remake your Wedding Set. I understand that renderings can be confusing when you don't work with them on a daily basis but I am pleased we managed to make the perfect Wedding Set in the end. It was truly gorgeous and I hope you are enjoying wearing it.

Hello Kristie, we are sorry to hear that you were not totally satisfied with your MiaDonna experience. We accept responsibility for all delays but many of our casting houses are still working on greatly reduced staffing which results in there being a huge delay in getting back to us. Often until they respond to us we have no idea when the product is going to ship. We understand this is not ideal for the customer but we also understand the stress the casting houses have been under. Thankfully we appear to be getting back to our regular scheduling. We appreciate your feedback.

Hello Joshua, We completely understand your frustration. When you initially emailed on Friday asking about your ring, we contacted the jeweler immediately to get an eta. He unfortunately did not get back to us until Monday when we actually received the incorrect setting. I believe one of our sales associates reached straight out to you at this time. The jeweler very often closes early on a Friday and does not work over the weekend which was the reason for the delay. We are getting the issue rectified as quickly as possible for you and we do apologize for this error with the casting house. We were certainly not trying to avoid the error, we were just waiting for some information from the jeweler. I am sorry if it did not come across well. We are certainly making you a priority. We appreciate your feedback.

Hello Sydney, we are deeply sorry your initial experience with MiaDonna was not great. Often the jeweler is overly cautious when setting a Diamond Hybrid as it is softer than a Diamond and they are worried they are going to chip the stone. This resulted in the center stone becoming loose far too quickly. I am pleased you were so accommodating and allowed us to remake the entire ring which I personally checked. Everything looked great and I am hoping you are more than happy with your beautiful engagement ring and can now enjoy wearing it.
