The folks at MiaDonna via email and phone conversations worked patiently with me to select a ruby heart stone of very specific weight, to discuss precious metal alloys and to develop a custom ring setting for the stone with their metals crafters that included details as fine as the shaping of prongs and the cross-sectional profile of the ring itself. I sometimes felt that the design suggestions I made were 'pushing the envelope', wondering if they could be done, so much so that I was hesitant to suggest some, almost bashful. That I made them at all is a testament to the open minded and encouraging way they interacted with me. The completed ring was everything I had envisioned and delivered on time at a reasonable cost in the short time available, during trying times, prior to the presentation event. Thank You!

Originally, I designed a custom ring for my fiancé. It was not her favorite and since she’ll wear it for the rest of her life, she ended up designing her own and we picked out mine which the company made! The original ring was not returnable or refundable because it was custom. The two rings we finally received were absolutely perfect! They are both stunning. I came in wanting to upgrade the center stone in my wedding ring, and left with a new diamond and so much more! I was able to talk through all the options and shop for the best possible stone in my price range. MiaDonna also added studier prongs, resized my ring and repaired some shoddy work from a different jeweler. It was ready to be picked up within a week, looking brand new. I'm pretty astounded at how inexpensive everything was for the quality I got. I am so happy with it and will definitely be a repeat customer!
