My 3rd graders love miacademy. This is our first year homeschooling. I love the flexibility. The girls start whenever they want and work in whatever order they want. They can work ahead on weekends so we can plan fun field trips during the week. One of our goals this year was to work on independence and I can honestly say over the past 6 months, they've only asked for help once each. They have also retained information they learned so it's great. Miacademy is definitely first time homeschooler friendly.

Overall the program is set up well and easy to navigate after initial introduction. Adding or taking out breaks as well as adjusting days is a breeze to do. The videos are engaging and even the multiple answers make the children laugh. I like the class setup with watching the video then answer questions till they get them all right.

They are very helpful, informative and have great attitudes to help with getting your children education needs meet. I will extremely recommend for any parents that are home schooling.

It is very easy to navigate for both parents and students. The curriculum is par on for our state requirements and grade level expectations. Customer support is very responsive and helpful.

This is our first year with Mia with our 1st grader. We LOVE Mia and anytime we have had an issue or needed assistance the staff have been wonderful at fixing things. So glad we decided to give Mia a try out first year. You guys are stuck with us 😊😂😁🫶🏼

As a self-proclaimed "tech-challenged" individual, I approached Mia Academy and Mia Prep with the same enthusiasm I reserve for assembling IKEA furniture—mild panic. But to my surprise, this online homeschool platform is so easy to use that even my goldfish could probably navigate it (if only he had WiFi). First off, the interface is as user-friendly as a grandma handing out cookies—simple, warm, and impossible to resist. Logging in? A breeze. Navigating lessons? Smooth as butter. Even the assignments feel more like a fun challenge than a chore—my kid actually enjoys learning! I repeat: my kid enjoys learning. What kind of wizardry is this? The lessons are engaging, with videos, interactive activities, and a sprinkle of humor that keeps things interesting. No more dramatic sighs of despair at math problems—now, my kid actually asks for “one more lesson” like it’s a bedtime story. Science experiments? Done without setting off the smoke alarm! History? Told in a way that doesn’t put anyone to sleep! And let’s talk about the best part: no frantic searching for lost worksheets or deciphering cryptic teacher notes. Everything is neatly organized online, meaning no more paper avalanches on my kitchen table. Final verdict? 10/10, would homeschool again. Mia Academy & Mia Prep make learning so fun and easy, I’m half-convinced they’re powered by some sort of educational sorcery. Now, if only they had a class on getting kids to clean their rooms…
