I have only good things to say about Mia Academy! I found myself as a grandparent having to step up and raise my grandchild. I was in unchartered waters and had never dealt with online curriculum but the staff at Mia made it so painless for me! They walked me through every step of getting my grandchild's access and how to set up my own parental account as well. In my book, they are the BEST!

I am currently on the trial for my two girls. After this month I'll be charged $106 monthly. I worried I made a mistake trusting this program because it has SO MANY BUGS! IT crashes more often then is should making it difficult to get anything done. I've seen reviews on FB from parent's who have been on it for a year or more and have also been frustrated about the same issue. Honestly I am not sure it's worth so much money for how many technical difficulties it has. How are kids suppose to actually learn?!

Victor went out of his way to assist me. After nearly an hr, he continued to work hard to solve my issue. Turns out, I was trying to log into the wrong site all along. After sending him screenshots, he promptly redirected me and solved the problem within seconds. I felt pretty dumb by then😂, & made jokes about it. Victor laughed along with my silliness yet, remained kind and thoughtful throughout the entire chat, making me feel at ease from start to finish! I got the sense within the first 2 seconds, that this guy was about to save the day, I was not let down! God speed to victor😃🙏😂

I want to highlight that is been 3 days that Mia academy has kicked us out or not even let us get on to do school.., they are saying high volume, but that’s absolutely NO excuse and an online website!!! Don’t let so many people sign up if your site can’t handle it!!! We’ve missed 3 days of important school and mia academy has not reached out to try and give families any compensation at all!!!! I’ve saw other families say it’s been 4-5 days not working!!! All we get is more alerts everyday .‼️ it’s down… like what in the world!!!! I’m so mad if this is someone’s ONLY schooling and they’ve missed 3 days that’s a BIG deal PLUS who know how much longer this will last … I will continue to email, call, chat… leave reviews until this is fixed and people are compensated!!! Shame on MIA Academy for not having better support or customer service!!! Oh and plus you can’t call 📱 they completely cut that off so you can only try email or chat 💬

Since my daughter started her 5th grade curriculum I have had to hear at least once a day that you guys are using AI images in your videos. My daughter says she feels that the program is very hypocritical bc last year she learned about conservation and how “important it is to use resources wisely” and here you are now using AI for things, she feels, the program doesn’t need to be using it for because you didn’t use it last year. Needless to say this will be the last year she will be using Miacademy. She also thinks the program lessons are using AI not only in the images of her worksheets but also in the writing. I cannot say for sure but some things are questionable.

We absolutely love Miacademy! This is our first year homeschooling, and the curriculum has made the transition so much easier for both me and my kids. The lessons are engaging, easy for them to follow, and cover a great variety of subjects. I especially love that they can learn at their own pace while still having fun. My kids actually enjoy doing their schoolwork, which is a huge win for me as a homeschool mom! ❤️📚

We love the website. Learning is both fun and easy. The pdf printouts are difficult. There are way to many unused printouts out of 14-20 pages I want to print out the printed pages as needed not a weeks worth at a time.. also I only need the 3 or 4 worksheets not all 20+ pages. I wish I could just read the instructions online without wasting the paper printing them out. My biggest complaint currently though is that every day this week the website has crashed or had technical difficulties making getting our lessons done difficult when we have a full day of other things planned on top of school lessons.
