Buyer beware

Buyer beware! If you have a question regarding your order, forget calling! You will receive an email address with an untimely response! Shipping is not accurate when you purchase your items. When you simply ask to cancel, don’t expect a refund. Latest email asking for the refund and magically the order ships. UPDATE TO THE RESPONSE; conveniently you respond within minutes when it comes to a bad review. I don’t understand how a business does not have a phone. I can promise the shipping did not specify 14-21 days as the event for this outfit was 20 days from the order date. I would not have ordered the item if that was the case. The dates given were 7-10 business days for shipping. A simple apology and mix up would have been sufficient but going into a long response for poor customer service is not necessary.

Response from Mia Belle BabyDec 20, 2022

Update as requested: We apologize for the mix up. We hope you have a wonderful day. (original apology can be found in the response below - after addressing the concerns posted.) Hello Tara, Per my email today, we have confirmed the refund was completed on our side on 12/7/2022. Please check the account the order was paid with to confirm the refund was completed. We advertise the item has a shipping estimate of Arrives in 14 - 21 Business Days from the date of order. You placed the order 11/26/2022 and at that time the shipping was the same as it is now. We know it is easy to overlook that shipping detail when you are excited to order with us! The fulfillment center applied a tracking number to the item that was still outstanding the same day as the cancellation request, and apologize for the confusion. We have communicated what to do if you receive the package, however you have already been refunded. We replied to all but 2 of your emails within 48 hours, all while this being our busiest season of the year - which is why we have this advertised on our Contact Us Page - "NOTE: We’re currently experiencing a high volume of emails and are working our way through each and every one in the order we receive it. Please allow about 2-3 days for a response. Thank you for your patience." We work tirelessly to get to all the emails as quickly as we can, however during our peak season we cannot answer every email within 24 hours. We appreciate your business and hope to see you place a new order soon! Thank you. Teric
