…..UPDATE….. I was Thankful enough to receive a phone call explaining the situation. They were quick to ship out my product and I received my order within a few days. The shoes are so adorable and fit perfect! I am so dissapointed with the customer service. My order only 1/2 delivered. When trying to locate the other piece they provided an invalid tracking number. I attempted to reach out via email and after the third email received a response back which looked to be a generated email stating if I wanted them to send me the item again or if I wanted a credit to their store. I find this disturbing that you cant get connected with a live representative for these situations.
