I had mixed feelings about my order. While the design was adorable, the sizing was a bit off. Customer service was responsive but took a while to resolve the issue. Overall, it’s okay.

The outfits are cute, but shipping took longer than expected. The quality is decent, but not quite as premium as the pictures suggest. My daughter loved her dress, but I wish the stitching was a bit better

I ordered an outfit for my daughter to wear when she took pictures. Must of the order came promptly . I am still waiting for the boots it has been 3 weeks since I ordered . When I placed the order I sent a message and asked how long would it be from order to delivery, they responded with 6 days. Well it has been 15 days now and I have sent emails no response at all. The boots cost 65 dollars and I did t get them for her pictures so I want my money back . But moons will respond this was my last option.

Update 8/23/24: Customer support responded by email immediately to my negative review below, and issued a new gift card with some extra to make it right. Appreciate the positive response. Still no explanation as to why original credits didn't work, or why it takes so long for response to email inquiries. Their prices are very low, but due to the extremely slow shipping from overseas and very slow customer support, not likely to buy from them again. --- I have $150+ of Mia Belle Girls gift cards issued last year expiring in just two weeks, and when I went to use them on the website on Aug 17th, 2024, it says "Enter a valid discount code or gift card". They do not work! I emailed cs at miabellebaby.com on Aug 17th, 2024 and still have not received any response as of Aug 22, 2024. The phone number listed on the Facebook page is out of service, and there is no phone number or chat on the website. I only have the gift cards because the orders didn't arrive on time last year, and I had to return the items. Mia Belle Girls is nothing but a scam because they have issued me invalid gift cards and do not respond to emails.

I ordered a year ago and am just now reviewing for two reasons: I just made another order today, and the dress I bought last year was never worn until this week. I bought the Elsa inspired dress and crown. The crown arrived only 4 days later. It was gorgeous, but too large even for an adult head. My husband thought it must have been adjustable, but it broke as soon as he tried. There was an obvious soldering mark along the break, as if that crown had been broken before and put back together before selling. The dress arrived 10 days after the order, and was very well made with great fabric. This is regular wear quality, not like the costumes that fall apart after one use. However, the 2T dress was way too big for my daughter. She's consistently in the 50 percentile for height and weight, but could not fit in the dress until after she turned 3. Now that she can wear it, it's a great piece. We get compliments non-stop when she wears it in public. While shopping today, I noticed items that come from overseas, and ones that recommend sizing up. I don't trust either of those messages, and didn't like the reviews I read either. I'll be ok if the worst thing is a slightly large dress. Will update review once today's order is received. *Update: I received the bulk of my order 14 days later, still waiting on one dress from overseas. The items are great quality and just as pictured. The dress I received, is again, too large. It said to order one size larger, which I wouldn't have done based off past experience, but one size larger was the smallest they had in stock. I got it hoping it would fit, but was prepared to save it for next year, so I'm not too upset about it. *Update: I received the last of my order over a month later. It took as while to ship from China, but arrived quickly once it was sent out. The dress is good quality and looks a pictured, though as usual, a size too large. Customer service was quick to respond when I inquired about the delay.

I ordered a hat and a swimsuit for my granddaughter. I received the swimsuit which was cute but ran small (she is a petite and typically wears 18 months but I ordered a size 2T and it was snug). The hat I order has still not arrived. When I emailed to find out why I was told that it was clearly marked in the description section that it was an overseas purchase which would take longer to receive. However, it was mentioned no where else and as it was a hat I didn’t even go out to the description. BEWARE of where your purchase is coming from as it can take weeks to receive! They DO NOT mark this clearly. They do have cute items but disappointed in this situation and haven’t decided if I will be ordering from them in the future.

The outfits are quality made and fit to size. The only complaint I have is that it took 26 days to be delivered. I ordered the outfits on Jan 1 and they had an event on the 26th. I didn't receive the outfits until Jan 28 so I had to go out and purchase additional outfits for the event. Its doubtful that I will buy from them again due to the lengthy delivery time
