I have used metro PC's for awhile now and I have mixed feeling's about them, in some ways they are a good company, but in alot of ways they are terrible, I like some of the apps that come with the phone, but I get alot of dropped calls, alot of dead spots when I'm trying to get online, bad signals, etc. I've tried going to customer service about this, and they don't have a answer on how to improve service at all, and when I encounter a problem with my phone, they always blame it on some app I've installed. I don't mind they're service plan, but everything else in my opinion is not the best, I ran into a huge problem when I upgraded my phone, the customer service representative tried to transfer my information, contacts, etc. and when I tried to use Amazon prime it wouldn't respond, so it took me 2 week's to finally get that working again. I'm not too impressed with metro PC's at all, but they have a few stores close to where I live, so I continue to stay with them, for now I'll just hide my time, but I will start looking for a different provider soon, to many problems.

Jon (JV) is the ONLY reason I have Metro. Jon is at the Brandon, Florida Corporate store and his knowledge, along with his attitude is outstanding. No product is perfect, but Jon has always helped me out. Like many of you, I have learned the hard way not to trust theAuthorized Dealers.

I recently had a huge ongoing problem with not being able to use my unlimited data with MetroPCS however Grace a customer service agent was very very helpful and made sure she looked into the problem and fixed it she even apologized for my inconvenience and gave me a great credit to my account. Grace was awesome" .

Yes customer service is ridiculous lies and lies never get what you want and service sucks some days better than others but worst customer service ever by far!!!

I just got service with metro pcs and I honestly really love the efficiency of the network that metro pcs provides. My experience with metro pcs has been wonderful so far, especially with customer service.Thank you Nicole for your wonderful customer service.

WHEN METROPCS SAYS 'UNLIMITED"THEY ACTUALLY KNOW THE DEFINITION AND HONOR THAT WORD DEFINED IN IT'S UNALTERED MEANING. UNLIMITED MEANS "NO LIMIT" UNLIMITED! I HAVE YET TO SEE ANY OF THE OTHER CARRIERS EVEN PRETEND TO HONOR THEIR CLAIM FOR UNLIMITED. SHAMEFUL. METROPCS HAS PROVEN THROUGH ACTION THAT THEY ARE IN A CLASS OF THEIR OWN. BRAVO TO THE BRAVE THAT BEHAVE! BASED ON MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE..... It was many years ago I hooked up with MetroPCS. They were just getting going here in Tucson. Cricket sold out to ATT. That was a bad set back the loss of the benefits they provided us was making a strong community come about. ATT came in and the community dispersed, lost contacts and communication ties. It was not easy to place trust in another service but what MetroPCS offered made it a no brainier. The deals were good enough to stay on while it would last. No contract meant no risk . I have have been in awe of this company especially this business today. The caliper of ethics across the board stands alone and unnoticed as something not valuable yet bar none they have kept to their word in the most commendable honorable manner. By the same conscientious and considerate care I received from the first day, it has not waivered a day since. That is really something to be said for the record...... Sincerely, JEM

I recently upgraded my phone at the corporate store #8303. My sales representative Tracy was very patient and helpful with me when couldn't remember my pin #. Tracy is a great asset to Metro PCS.
