I had metropcs for about 4 years
I had metropcs for about 4 years. I decided to get the tower for home internet, that was a joke. I had faster speeds on the phone, so I decided to get rid of the tower and upgrade my plan to unlimited 5G. That's what they're advertising stated, nothing their stated that you'll have slow down speeds, nothing, so i upgraded, only to be more frustrated each and every day. I get texts stated that I'm over my limited, lol what limited? Who sets the limits? When I'm paying for unlimited, right? They lie and lie, lol the stupid rep. Tells me I'm not in a 5G area, the idiot really thinks that I'd go for that bull s.it, I'm in a 5G coverage area and to prove it I've got screen shots showing times that the speeds go past 60 MBS, but when is that at 4am in the morning. So they lie, cheat, steal and are to me nothing but scammers. They've been sued for their deceptive pricing advertising lying to customers regarding 5G but here they are continuing the same thing. They won't learn until we the people take them to the cleaners!! Class action law suit!!!! If you want to give away your money, and get frustrated every day, then go with these lying scammers, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I have been using Metro for far to long and have noticed on numerous occasions I'll be connected to WiFi and get a message stating I used all my high speed data. Pay for more and still the same thing next week.

I bought a phone from @MetroByTMobile and UPS NEVER delivered it. First Metro told me I received it, then they admitted I didn’t. UPS says only the sender can file the claim. Metro keeps making me wait 48 more hours with NO refund and NO phone. Worst customer service ever. @UPS

METRO PCS SCAM WEST TENNESSEE AND NORTH MONROE STREET (Kevin – GM)TALLAHASSEE, FL
WEST TENNESSEE AND NORTH MONROE STREET (Kevin – GM)TALLAHASSEE, FL
My experience at the Metro by T-Mobile location on North Monroe Street in Tallahassee, Florida was extremely concerning.
After being sold a defective phone at another location, I was directed here by an employee named Paul to speak with the store manager, Kevin.
During my visit, Kevin, who identified himself as the GM, sold me what he described as his personal or “old” phone for approximately $140 and stated that the transaction had “nothing to do with Metro.” I was told the device was sold “as-is.”
I made it clear that if I wanted to purchase a personal phone, I could have simply gone through Facebook Marketplace. I came into a Metro by T-Mobile store expecting a legitimate retail transaction, not a personal sale from an employee.
I was also told that refunds were not allowed because this was considered an “upgrade,” but again, the original phone I purchased was defective from the beginning.
No receipt was provided for this transaction either.
The device I was sold has also had performance issues, and I am now out a significant amount of money with no proper resolution.
I have since moved my service to T-Mobile, where the level of professionalism was completely different.
At this point, I am requesting a full refund of all money paid, including the cost of both devices, all fees, and my monthly service charges.
I have proof of payment through my bank records and expect Metro by T-Mobile corporate to contact me directly to resolve this matter.
This situation is unacceptable and requires immediate attention.
