I would give them 1 star if I could. Crappy service wherever I go... I am paying for 4G but hardly ever receive it. I’m also paying for unlimited data... but my data runs out before the end of the month EVERY MONTH. not only that, but if you miss your bill they just cut off service over $80. Why? I need the phone for work I don’t see why I can’t have a balance like every other company. I hate Xfinity, but MetroPCS makes them look like gold right about now. I’m leaving metro and never coming back.

I've been with Metro PCS for almost 9 years starting in Southern California been Las Vegas now in Houston and I thought really high of them but I never really had a serious issue until about two or three months ago with the lifting of net neutrality so MetroPCS. It would be a good business practice take full advantage of their customers even some of their longest customers by providing horrible phone service topped only by horrid rude condescending lying customer service this company has decided to self destruct cuz everybody I know that I ever recommended MetroPCS to is leaving because they all feel the same way MetroPCS has committed suicide they're laying in the hospital bed on life support with a giant hole in their head from The self-inflicted Gunshot of ignorance y'all had a good thing going then y'all got greedy cocky and arrogant I'm a former veteran you happen to work in a very similar field in the military and they're doing this out of spite I'm a former better in a half an to work in a very similar field in the military and there doing this out of spite is not at of necessity they are making their already over price service to be worse so that they can offer and upgrade at a higher price and that kind of greed is what killed Metro PCS dead on arrival

Metro pcs is a horrible company that is solely out for your money, they don't care how long you've been a customer. My old phone was shattered, took it in for an upgrade. Made a purchase of 210.00, went home to start setting everything up on the new phone and it started overheating bad. I couldn't even hold it because of how hot it was. A couple hours later go in to return it because i didnt want my son playing with a dangerous phone and the "manager" said they don't allows refunds on upgraded devices. He said i could get another phone (same brand) but that's all he would do. I told him how it's this safe at all for costumers. And what if it were to blow up from over heating etc. He didn't care what i had to say. Provided an email of his bosses and i still have not heard back from them. I will not stay with metro much longer.

Terrible customer service,Crappy service and top it off employees that lie to your face to sell a cell and afterwards dont know nothing on how to help or fix a problem you may have....Their Main Objective Is To Sell Useless Phones with a Smile and Scam People of their Money. And Lie about how great their stink Hole of a Company is

I GIVE metro ZERO stars bought phone may 28th 2018 phone doesn't work hardly ever was told company doesn't make this phone anymore and I can't have a new phone but phone is under warranty for a year GO FIGURE ! No trouble with the call feature but the worlds worst IT and software, can't pay on line ever so often and customer service is unable to help. Supervisors that might help are usually unavailale, trouble tickets disappear and get you no whete. Never saw people so hard to pay it makes me wonder if they are increasing cash flow by the extra charges tacked on in order th pay cash. Cannot recommend. Period.

Worst phone service, costumer care services and they lie over and over ! Never switch to metro pcs ever ,metro does not even deserve one star,THEY LIED TO ME ASKED ME IF I SWITCH THEY WOULD GIVE ME 2 MONTHS FREE AND IT'S WAS ALL A LIE! AND EVEN WHEN YOU CONTACT COSTUMER CARE OR ANYONE THEY Lie!
