This is for main company of MetroPCS. Love ya but need to have Anthony Texas mgr retrsinef or canned. Very childish and immature. Needs to grow up a lot. Lady who helped me shouldn't have to apply for her jerk mgr. Sure I'm not first to complain. Put her in charge and send him on his way. Been customer long time and like your service but not David mgr from Anthony tx. Sucks big time. Don't take my word. Look him up and do something. If he is still in charge, will know your Co. Doesn't care about customer service or their customers. He was beyond disrespectful. Please look into this issue

Metro is a bunch of CRAP! I ported 2 lines over yesterday and am not able to send or receive texts....initially after being told i was ready to go, was called back to store cause "something" disnt go through and i didn't go back my phone would have "issues". Needless to say, I went back in. Claimed now all was ok. Texts msgs would not work later in evening and lost all my contacts and notes. Went back to store in am and was told by manager at the Marbach Rd. Location in SA,TX that I was all fixed. I asked TWICE for an explanation to which I received none. Went home and guess what?? I am only able to receive and send from Metro customers. Went back to store a 4th time!!! Was literally in there 3 hours and was told they didnt know and a ticket was opened. I left and still have no text service. How is it I can pay for services but have NONE rendered??? Only in corporate America..... I wanted to return both since I am well within my time frame and was told I would have to lose my numbers. Read and reread the return policy and no where does it state i cannot port out my numbers before returning. Went back a 5th time to ask where this policy was written as I could not find it. Manager had no clue...I asked for an address to start an arbitration and all she gave me was a corporate store number. Wrong number!! The guy at that store knew what i was looking for and guided me in the right direction. So I have 2 phones and no service, yet I paid for services. In other words they are thieves.

Recently purchased (2) sets of ear buds. 3 weeks later I returned them to the Metro PC located in Deptford NJ because they ear buds did not hold charge - only stayed fully charged for approx. 45 minutes of use. I was able to exchange for a new set for both my wife and I. We left for vacation the next day and my wife ear buds will not charge at all and my ear buds did not hold a full charge. Very dissatisfied customer and of course they have an exchange only and no refund policy for their products. We see why they sell junk.

I went to the metro pcs store on fort street and eureka in southgate michigan on the 17 of january and payed my bill early because i would be working on a job site where there is no pcs store my bill was due on the 26 of january so i had payed it 10 days early on the 27 of january my services stop so i was left without services when i came back i stoped a a company store they sent a complaint to metro i told them they owe me 43 dolars that the store riped me off i will be filling a complaint with the fcc for fuard

Yesterday I tried to pay my phone bill online thru my metro pcs and could not get thru so I called. The lady I could understand what she was saying stated I could pay over the phone but wanted to send me thru all kinds of over whelming hoops and loop holes. Loop holes that are too over whelming because I am severely hearing impaired. When I go to my metro pcs app to pay my phone bill I can't even use my metro pcs to pay my phone bill it tells me to call instead. I am severely hearing impaired and have difficulty when calling because of this. What ever happened to the ADA? These people should be turned in for violating the ADA. I do not intend on removing this review as it would be violating my free speech rights "My First Amendment Rights". As a result of my horrible experience with metro pcs I am requesting a 50 dollar waiver on my next bill.

So Metro is now Metro by T mobile and boy what a mess it is.....The customer service was already bad but at least logging into my account online and paying my bill was simple....So tried to log into my account only to find the wrong pin and the wrong security question....tried to make a payment from my phone no good there after almost an hour talking to morons finally made a payment...must go to a store to fix the issues...who does this

If i could give no stars i would. I called customer service about an issue i had with my account. The rep was from another country. Upon telling her about my issue she said since i did not understand what she was saying she would just do what she wanted and charged my account without my permission, basically calling me stupid. I asked for a supervisor and she yelled at me and hung up. I have been a supervisor of a large call center. I don't know what country they outsource to but they need to bring work back to america. People that actually care about your problems. If you knew me i did not yell, curse or anything... Considering i trained people to do this job.. Real Metro .....

The "agent" that I spoke with was absolutely clueless about how to help me and then proceeded to argue with me about my needs when I have done the same thing there before. She called a "manager" because apparently the 2 girls in the store we're only trainees. I had to go to another store where they were able to help me in 10 minutes but the service I received at the first one made me ready to change providers because I never want to deal with this store again!!
