Metro Pcs customer and tech support is garbage. Do yourself a favor and use a different carrier. They will not be able to help you with your problem but, they will apologize over and over again. I spent 10 hours of my life over a 2 month period of time trying to get phone service on a phone that I was paying for service on and they couldn't fix the problem. They offered no refund, no satisfaction but, about 100 apologies. They suck. Beware.

January 27,I visited the T-Mobile store at 5135 Raeford Rd, Fayetteville because I was having issues with my phone connecting to my blue tooth and I couldn't figure out why. The representative in the store tried to figure it out but couldn't so she assessed that the problem was my blue tooth. Needing a hands free device (especially while driving) I bought a new one but it did the same thing as my original one. I called corporate and was told it could probably be the phone and that I should go back to the store where I bought the phone which is at 3308 Bragg Blvd and have them exchange it for a new one. The representative at that store figured out the problem which was in the settings and both the phone and my original blue tooth worked just fine. I wanted to keep the new blue tooth as back-up but discovered that the ear plug for the left ear came through louder and clearer than the plug for the right ear. Since it turned out that I didn't need the second blue tooth in addition to the default, I went back to the store on Raeford to return it. When I arrived at the store I was told by the same representative that sold me the blue tooth that I could only exchange it. I don't want another one and I only bought that one because I was told that I needed it. I ask to speak to her boss but the boss wasn't there so she called him on the phone and explained the problem. She said that he told her he was in a meeting and would have to call me back. I left my number with the store representative but I never received a call back from him. The message I get from that manager clearly demonstrates a lack of concern for the customer. He only cares about the money and if you purchase a product that is faulty, too bad.....I will never go to that store again and I would suggest that no one else goes there either. There should be a law against business' that conduct business in this manner. When the only concern of any business is the money that they can get out of you regardless if the item you purchase is crap, doesn't deserve to be in business. First of all I was not only misled into buying something I didn't need but as it turned out I was sold something that didn't work properly. The worse part is that THEY DON'T CARE.... If I could give them a -100 rating, I would.

Metro Piece of Sh** is messing up every other day it seems like there’s always something wrong with the “towers” or something. It’s annoying when you have full bars and try to send messages and they won’t send or can’t even make a call. Seriously I get why they got their nickname. Even with T-Mobile being apart of their system they STILL Suck!!

I was going to buy two breast & the breasts were like really really small (I have pictures ) & they were selling for full price 7.98. This was sunday evening after I at yonge and eglinton _metro jan 19,2020. When I spoke to the assist manager_ instead of providing customer service basically said that the price _unbelievable _shitty service in that these were really way over priced and there was no reasonableness in this matter. That manager should be fired _ where is the customer service her _shall I go to loblaw?

Total waste of time an money. Sim card goes on and off multiple times daily. As far as data goes, horrible. If i am not on a wifi i basically does not work. That goes with the plan that states i have UNLIMITED DATA! So they are liers, cheats and manipulators. Enough said, F*&k Metro and T-Mobile for allowing this. Go to ANYONE except this rip-off!

This is the worst service I have ever had...and I just to be with at. The cell service is terrible when you leave the Wichita city limits. If you try and drive for uber or lyft. The apps hardly work. You always have to reset your network or factory reset your phone. If you want to get calls good luck because after I purchased a new phone I no longer received phone calls. Everyone informed me that it went straight to voicemail. And oh do you need help with your phone don't go to a store they have no idea what there doing. There all 17 year old kids that have no idea about the phones or how they work. They tell you to call customer service and then you hair for 1hour and talk to someone just to be informed that you need to go to the store which you have already done. Then when you switch to a new carrier they won't let you take your phones that you just bought 1 month ago that's not working toa new carrier for 6 month. Even the I was told by the company when I was having so many issues to purchase a new phone because my previous phone was out of date...it was less than 6 months old. So if you are looking for a new phone service I would go somewhere else unless you want crappy cell service and horrible customer service and want to leave the town of Wichita metropolitan area.

Had a csr rep for MetroPCS named Cherry #50225. If I could reach thru the phone and beat her with it I would. Horrible customer service. If I could give this rating less then a 1 star I would. This will most definitely be my last month with MetroPCS.

I have been a customer for years and last month October 2019 I went and got a new phone and 1 for my grandson. I spoke to 2 customer service person and also trouble shooting. They told me to go back to store and exchange it for a new one Cause my phone was getting hot it loses charge very fast and very slow to charge. Not a good phone looks like to me. I'm thinking it's going to start a fire. As it's charging. Well, I go to the store I purchased it from. And, start telling the person at the counter and she cuts me off and starts with 83 dollars over and over again a very rude person. I not get a word in. I walked out. Called customer service again let them know what happened. Will they said we would like for you to go to another store and have them give you a trade on the phone. So, I do and she wants to send me to a repair shop to pay a battery from them. SHE EVEN TOLD ME THAT THE BUILDING I NEED TO FIND IS GREEN. I WILL BE CHANGING COMPANIES AND ALSO TAKING FAMILY WITH ME ALONG WITH TELLING SOME FRIENDS. IM SURE THIS COMPANY DON'T GIVE A DAMN. ALMOST 200. THAT I SPENT TO BE TREATED LIKE THAT. THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO PEOPLE SKILLS. AND SAD PART IS THAT IT'S OVER A DAMN PHONE. THIS COMPANY IS NOT ONE TO GO TO IF THEY CANT HELP A CUSTOMER WITH A BAD PHONE.
