I don't like metropcs because the home Internet sucks, they use to give you an extension on the Internet service now they don't which is hateful, all types of random people call your phone, metropcs sales your information, I would think twice before u start service with metropcs the assholes.

These Jerks told me I could have my old number just to get m,e to sign up then they give me a different number and refuse to refund my money ????

I will recommend you not to get this company by far I have been with different companies during the years and MetroPCS is not what he used to be back in the beginning back in 2000s yes MetroPCS with something good and you could take advantage of opportunities and pay for your service the right way right now it's a worthless company when you don't get the service right and they won't treat you right they always lying and those can be out there stores have fun with that

I would rate it zero if I could. Idiots over seas cannot see the network outages here in the states and asked for my phones imei number when I inquired when the service would be back up. Why would you need that for a network service question? You don't. Don't trust them with my imei. They should be able to see that on their computer. Like how I can on the app. Dude had a lower than room temp IQ and it showed.

They have some of the worst service and devices! My moto G always freezing or glitching, I didn’t even want this phone… Yet the agent at the store just kept pushing it off on me.. when I stated I wanted the Galaxy. On top of horrible internet to be 5g, they also don’t have any real extension time; like Verizon or Att or T-Mobile themselves.. A 72 hours extension is not a real extension! other companies give you a lot longer then 72 hours I’m about to switch from Metro again

I paid for eSim to switch phones I ended up having no service. Wasted at least seven hours between stores and online customer service to fix the problem and still have no line and no service

Well metropcs is not honest with there whole company. I asked for my account number and my transfer pin number they gave it to me they never said that you have to stay with us for a year before you can switch over to another company. I went to switch over to another company and my phone was still locked. I went to the metro pcs store twice and the lady looked into the phone and did nothing to unlock my phone. And then the second time I went to the store and a guy that was working the second day said you not with us anymore so I can't unlock your phone he was very rude with his attitude. I will Never deal with them again. They have very poor communication skills and they just want the money that's all. I call them metro piece of shit. Cause that's what they are. They have no good service at all. They are all about the money that's it. Metro sucks big time.
