MetroPCSReviews of metropcs.com

Zero stars!!!!!I have been with metro since 2008..i have paid my bill everymonth! On time.now with everything going on with th caronavirus, i am out of work! Single mom! they said there is NOTHING that they can do..i didint ask for a free month perhaps a partial Payment, something for their loyal customers! I see now how cold the world can really be!. What will they do if they lost all of there customers? Maybe then they will care.i will definitely be switching to boost! Who by the way are giving there customers 1 month..i would much rather take my business elsewhere.

Wish there was 0 stars! I WAS happy with Metro until this virus. They are doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING for the loyal customers who've been with them FOR YEARS! My phone is only staying charged for about an hour at a time. I called yesterday because I work at a mental hospital and really need a reliable phone. I have been with them for 4 years. They would not give me a break on the price or let me use my upgrades online. Said I had to go into store. Tried to explain that city has stay at home order and I can't risk going out and exposing myself because I don't want to spread it at work. Didn't care! Went through 3 supervisors and last one gave me number of closest store and said maybe they could bring out to me. Pretty sure just getting me off the phone. Guess what! Store closed because THEY are non essential so apparently they don't care about those who are or those who now have no job at all. WORTHLESS POS! GOODBYE METRO! I will go to another carrier and DEMAND you return the money I paid this month!

With all that is going on with this corona epidemic I feel that Metro PCS should be following the same rules as T-Mobile since they merged with them months ago. Shame on you Metro PCS. Help people instead of tearing them down. Give your customers a break geesh. I wonder what they would do if all customers boycotted them and switched service providers. What would Metro do without customers shut down maybe, possibly be put in the same predicament thry are putting their customers in causing them to file for bankruptcy workers with no pay? I wonder what they would do if service providers requested all Metro customers leave them and switch over for help. Maybe I will look into this alomg with reporting Metro PCS to the FCC or the news... So disappointed in Metro PCS. Shame on them.. #boycottmetropcs

Absolutely horrible. I have been a good customer for 8 years. I know they have helped people during this corona virus but now nothing. My company shut down 3 weeks ago i havent had a check i have tried every day to get through but was constantly told that their system was down. I finally got through and they dont help. So now my phone is going to get shut off. I cant wait to get back to work first thing i am doing is switching phone service. Shame on you that money is more important then people

I can't pay my bill I always go to pay it in the store because I don't have a credit card because of the coronavirus I can't go out I call them so they can help me they said that they can't do anything about it so my service is going to be disconnected the president say that we don't have to worry about nothing we owe because what is going on but metro don't care boost Mobile is giving a month free because of what is going on and metro don't care

I feel that metro believes it can treat customers badly and not feel the repercussions from there lack of care. I will never again even consider metro as a option.

I have been with Metro PCS since 2012..same number. I called on today because like with so many Americans I have been laid off my job as well. I asked for one month to not be able to pay my cell bill. After friend told me she got two months without paying her bill with Metro PCS. They would not even help me!! The guy I spoke with, Said to me that they value me as a customer and appreciate my business. Well after speaker to him on today I know that's a lie. I think I'm going to take $60 and just get me a house phone.

Costumer service machine sucks. It doesnt transfer you to an agent. It keeps you on the line for long pierod of time and you get no where.
