I had to change my phone number because…
I had to change my phone number because I was in an abusive relationship, and my ex would not leave me alone. I went into their store on 3rd and Dunlap. I paid 20 dollars and the worker asked me if I wanted her to send me an e mail alert about my recent changes. I explained to her that my ex had hacked into my e mail address, so NO, PLEASE DO NOT SEND ANYTHING TO MY E MAIL. She said she wouldn't. I paid her, got my reciept, and then left. I was in the middle of running errands , so I had not placed any calls 9r sent any messages. So not even 15 minutes after I leave the store, my phone rings. I was kind o f puzzled. So I just answered it. It was my ex boyfriend. Metro sent my e mail the notification. So I called the store and explained the situation and politely asked them to change my number again for free. They weren't having that and let me know it would be another 20 dollars. I wasnt under the impression that metro pcs promoted domestic violence.
