the worst phone company I've ever had. I bought a phone which would reimburse me 100 dollars in six months, after six months I call them to claim and they say that I do not call for not having made direct payments that were required. The store never mentioned such a thing to me, I told them but they said that I had a mistake in the store and the only thing I could do was buy another device and wait six more months and they would report the store where I bought it and still they cannot return me refund. I am going to report this to consumer report because it is not fair, they are liars. How is it possible that they cannot manipulate the system to deliver a refund?

Worst company to buy from. They con you into things then back track on their word. They will lie a CD blame everyone else but themselves. They promised a refund after false advertisement and mere following what they said needed to happen only for it to cost me two lines and a couple wasted days trying to correct it which they never did. So i moved to t-mobile. Better customer service and prices. I will be turning this into the better business bureau cause of the whole nightmare

The worst company I have ever worked with. No joke I am extremely disgusted and frightened from the unprofessional, unskilled and unreasonable staff. I have visited 10 stores and only in 1, I found a person to help me out. I lost a month finding a way to get an offer with them because no one was prone to help. Trust me it is not worth it.

I do not recommend metro PCS by T-Mobile to anyone this is the worst company ever from the time I got my phone in December of 2019 , I work out of town and I'm going to different locations for my company and it does not work my phone only works in Jacksonville Florida where I purchase it going to North Carolina to visit family it does not work or South Carolina or Atlanta for that matter fact it only works in Jacksonville I have called so many times about this but now I'm just fed up transferring to a different company that I know that has good service so don't waste your time going to metro by T-Mobile you wasting your time and your money

Worst service provider ever. As soon as I paid my bill my phone stopped calling and receiving calls. Was hung up on by technical support then tried calling back and I get the message of .... Due to coronavirus we can't receive your call then hangs up. Switching to Sprint. Tired of not being able to get help on a service I pay for

New Samsung Galaxy A21 cell phone will "NOT" link up to bluetooth system on my Lexus ES300h.....Lexus even replaced radio! Same result---NO stable link! Can not drive legally without bluetooth! Metro in Lutz sent me to corporate store on Fowler (the ONLY way to use new phone warranty)...Once there, they REFUSED to warranty "new phone" and get me a replacement since my phone linked up to store bluetooth! Their Assistant Mgr...stated "It has to be flaw in Lexus." even though I showed him receipt for Lexus replacing $1400+ radio! And he further refused to open up new phone to see where interference lies....in fact, he wouldn't even give me his business card! Metro usually charges $22 for warranty (shipping charge---bunch of crap)...but refused my request! Why should I stay with a company that FAILS to back up it's products??? Let alone mentioning the horrible reception in my neighborhood! Now the rude service people? RUN AWAY FROM THESE CHEAP BASTAR*S!!! Go to Verizon or AT&T....not "T-Maybe!"

My Over All Experience With Metro By T-Mobile Is A Zero Except For On December 5th 2020 Nakayl At The Greenbriar Mall Made My Day I Walk In With My Phone Ran Over By A Car And Crushed I Came In With A F Up Attitude She Had The Most Beautiful Personality And Smile Nakayl Went Out Of Her Way To Help Me With My Nasty Attitude I Calm Down Start Smiling Big Corporation's Like T-Mobile Need To Hire People Like Nakayl Not Just Because You Have A Good Resume And Give Good Interview Pass Background Check Once These's People Get The Job They're Attitude Are Worser Than The Customer's That's Why Metro Now Metro T-Mobile Is Running Last On Customer Service Unlike Publix We're Shopping Is A Pleasure And Chick-fil-A Their All About The Benjamin's But They Realize They're Customer's Are Keeping That Bag Full The Only Reason T-Mobile Still Has All Their Customer's Is Because Most People Are The Working Class And On A Fixed Income Like Me 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔

Metro is a piece of s..t i had 5 lines all of them started screwing up at the same time once 5g was advertised that's when it started I'm at 4 lines now on the 17 of December there will be no lines worst service ever plus they have the nerve to charge an inconvenience charge they are in inconveniencing us they suck and I was hacked for over $ 10.000 dollars amazon had to eat that one find other carriers metro they won't let me respond with the language they deserve. Ps.f..k off metro minus 5 lines don't trust them I swear they're so evil they're Chinese
