This is a review about an employee from Metro PCS at 16650 NW 27th Ave in Miami Gardens. Her name is Andrea. She is the most diligent and professional person who I have ever met in a position of working with the public. She was very nice and helpful with me. I have no words to praise her demeanor and carefulness in treating her customers. I give Andrea a 10 star review for my experience. **********

I’ve been with Metro Pcs since 2011. Tbh I’ve never had any significant problems and I’ve been able to get access wherever I go which is mostly the eastern USA.

My go to location is Milford, OH. Each time I have visited the store, I've had the opportunity to be served by a gentleman named Mike. He has always taken the time to assist with services, products and tech support. Never had become inpatient with my many questions. It's nice to be greeted by someone like Mike, who was welcoming and a willingness to help. No matter how much time it took. Thank you for being there and for your great service.

Joseph helped us on January 5th this year getting new phones and a tablet we just moved to Henderson from Los Angeles and our phones were to old for some new apps we needed. This was at the Sunset / Mark store. He gave us such great service and handled other customers and he was the only one working. Professional and friendly person. Tom and Victoria Lucio.

After being a longterm customer with another service provider, i had enough of not getting my calls amongst a host of other problems. I went to Metro PCS in Grover Beach and boy I am so happy I did . Val and the little girl were so awesome . Not only did they know their stuff but they performed miracles for me and hooked me up with a new phone new service all at what I could afford . They both really cared about the customer and went above and beyond to get me on what plan works best . Hey kudos to you both , Metro is very fortunate to have you both . If you ever want to change service with no hassle go to Metro PCS on Grand Avenue Grover Beach. They rock and go the extra mile. Charlene G
