Three weeks ago I tried to get an account with MetroPCS after seeing how easy it was. I’m like something ain’t right she told me before I got off the phone with her to put the phone off. Put it back on. Wait a while. I waited an hour. nothing happened. I called back put it like this long story short I had to call seven times I had to go to the store I’m might as well continue. Because I’m being told that my phone is locked and I know it should be unlocked. I go there. They looked it up. They say well yeah it’s like we can’t really do much with it so I was like well. They say my phone is locked can I just get my refund because I can’t do anything right now and they said they wanted to troubleshoot it they wanted to do so much shit that took f’ fucc four hours to the point that they finally claimed they did the refund a week later cause I was told I gotta wait till 5 to 7 business days a week later I called back after talking to three people the fourth person assured me I’m gonna get my refund and I told him the way I feel and the way y’all keep on troubleshooting in and doing all this extra shit I really feel like y’all wanna keep my money because if the phone is locked and nothing that can be done how the fucc you gonna troubleshoot what is troubleshooting to a phone that will not receive service can’t receive service. Y’all try to send me a text to get that seat digit number and I’m not receiving it so give me my refund now. It’s three weeks later and I still have not got my refund. There’s some f’ scams. Nobody speaks English. No f’ English and then I don’t understand how the stores and customer service on the phone is no longer connected. it’s like if you have a problem in the store they gotta deal with it. If you got a problem on the phone they gotta deal with it. It’s no more either or this is some bullshit y’all scams. I don’t care what nobody say y’all some f’ scams. I was using voice text because I have vision problems so if my message don’t sound right at this .0 well I’m just pissed. I had to go and wait a whole another fadditional week to go with another phone company because y’all wanna play with time and money.

I would have to say, Metro PCS has the worse by far customers service call center and I would add. This situation continues to take place due to the fact that these companies are contracting employees outside the U.S continental and its territory. For instance, in my case. The call center my call was answered by was somewhere in the Philippine Island and let say this. They lack the ability to pay attention to detail, having the customer repeat our concerns numerous occasions causing nothing more than frustration and nothing gets accomplished. I wonder if any training is ever provided to these call center employees showing them how to handle calls by having the ability to practice active listening. That is, allowing the customer to speak and finish his/her concerns before responding and not interrupting the customer. I have notice in the past few years this type of behavior has gotten worse as time unfolds. It seems to me the companies that does the hiring or contracting of these candidates are more concerned on hiring more of quantity vs quality. Is it is impossible for any company to provide quality customer service to its consumers if all you do is hire incompetent employee who lack the ability to listen and pay attention to detail which is the very essence in customer service "Attention to detail." It's time we bring our customer service back to the U.S where we can get better customer service and not these half ass overseas customer service who could care less about providing exceptional customer service.

After nine years as a loyal customer, I was told my phone wasn’t compatible, so I was upsold onto a more expensive plan instead of getting real help. Then when my hotspot and data limits hit, the answer was just ‘upgrade again.’I was then sold Metro Home Internet, but couldn’t set it up because my camera was broken, and the QR code was required. I spent hours on the phone being bounced between Metro and T-Mobile, was told to go to a store, and lost another two days. After finally getting a replacement, I still couldn’t log in, which led to another hour-plus call. The representative was condescending, repeatedly saying she understood while offering no real solution. After all that, the compensation offered was $6.60. After pressing for a manager, it increased to seven dollars, which wasn’t even compensation, just a credit for services I didn’t receive. When I tried to complete the customer satisfaction survey, I waited several more minutes before being transferred, only to answer one question before it abruptly ended, making me wonder if negative feedback was being filtered out. For nine years, I’ve paid this company, and this is the level of service and respect I received. I wasn’t looking for a handout. I just wanted the service I paid for, and fair treatment when things went wrong. Instead, I got misleading sales tactics, endless transfers, hours of wasted time, poor customer service, and an insulting attempt at compensation. If this is how Metro by T-Mobile treats long-time customers, it’s hard to recommend them to anyone.

After. Many years either Metro I have had enough! I Bought a new phone after 6 years with my old phone.So my bill comes and it is 28 dollars more a month for the phone and they have no record of my internet box I have had for about 6 years now so my internet went out I have the bix yet they say no and as I got a new android phone THE metro store without a word changed my monthly plan to 60 a month so why then 77,45 a month? Fraud trying to stick it to the seniors. NOT ME! I HAVE A NEW INTERNET AND MY PHONE IS WITH A NEW PROVIDER AS WELL ! T MOBILE STINKS THEY ARE VERY DISHONEST! METRO HAS BEEN GETTING WORSE T MOBILE HAS DESTROYED METRO! I DO NOT USE ANY COMPANY THAT TRIES TO DEFRAUD!

Wish I could give zero stars. Thanks to their unreliable, probably cheaply made and maintained website, I've had a $55 pending transaction on my card for a week. I pressed checkout and that piece of garbage system tried to double charge me, then canceled the order when it couldn't. Customer service has been zero help, claiming they can't find it in their transactions. MetroPCS are scam artists.

Actually my review is minus a star. Her name is Jay ID number is 281-00977 she is a supervisor there and it was my eighth time calling because I had 2 months of non-working internet that I paid for. No help they troubleshooted me I'm stressed out I've called so many times and they are denying me a refund do not go with this company. And Jay is an unprofessional supervisor she did not take care of my problem.

Please save your time and do NOT go to this metro PCS store. MetroPCS Address: 19498 Cortez Blvd Brooksville, Fl 34601 The "district manager" Romaro (if that's even what he is) is very spiteful and lies when giving you a "deal" and then sends you over to T-mobile. He trash talked the same store he sent us to without telling us he switched us in the first place. He took their commission and turned my mom away after she has been with them for almost 20 years with being with them. He lied the whole process about everything and when we went back in to return 1 of the 6 accessories he coerced my mother to buy, he did not allow us to even when we had the reicept and it was under 14 days. Basically, do not listen to anything this dude says, he knows how to talk friendly like he is the best manager in the world while trash talking the T-mobile across the street. Do not give in to the "PROMOTION" where you can upgrade your phones because the promotion is THROUGH T-Mobile NOT them. If you want that promotion, just go over to the T-Mobile across the street and give the people their credit. I'm glad my mother got switched (even behind her back) to T-Mobile and we can deal with a REAL manager named Devon at T-Mobile across the street.
