SINCE T MOBILE HAS TAKEN OVER, THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. They don't know how to communicate. I know more than they do.

I've gotten multiple phones from Metro PCS and they all have the same problem which leads me to believe it's the crappy service rather than a phone issue, the texts won't send, you won't receive texts or calls, and when you try to make a call, it doesn't ring. We've paid hundreds for a service that doesn't even work. Besides it being inconvenient, it's frustrating because as a mother, if my kids had to call me from school, I wouldn't even know because my calls don't even come through. And I'm not in a rural town or out where there's no towers. Also, I pay for highspeed data, but when I'm actually having to use data instead of wifi, it takes forever. Literally reminds me of dial up. I checked to see how much data I had used to see if somehow I used it up, but had only used 2 gigs. What a scam 🙄 Metro PCS is just a crappy company.

IF YOUVE BEEN A LONGTIME, (OVER 15 YEARS) LOYAL CUSTOMER, AND YOUR PHONE BECOMES INOPERATIVE, YOU CANNOT BUY AN OLDER, USED PHONE, OR RECEIVE THE "NEW CUSTOMER" DISCOUNT TO PURCHASE A NEW ONE. SO EVENTUALLY YOU'LL TRANSFER TO ANOTHER PHONE COMPANY, DUE TO METRO PCS'S UNAPPRECIATION OF THEIR LONG TIME CUSTOMERS. BEING A LOYAL LONG TIME CUSTOMER, MEANS NOTHING TO METR0 PCS. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS, AND NO REWARDS.

The customer service Is the worst I have her experienced. If there service was as good as Verizon for this price, I still wouldn’t go near it because the customer servoce is atrocious!! Lost all 5 lines and went to Verizon! By by Get better training

This is the worst cell phone provider. In Far Rockaway NY, MetroPCS is selling services they're not delivering due to CELL TOWERS issues. Customers including I are experiencing Drop Calls, No cell to cell connection due to this cell tower problems. I spoke to a person from the President office of TMobile & he was worse than the Customer Service Rep. DO NOT BUY ANY STOCKS IN THIS COMPANY. THIS COMPANY HAS BEEN DOING CUSTOMERS TERRIBLE AND IT WILL AFFECT YOUR "BOTTOM LINE"!

There service works really good maybe one week, but then after that it constantly drops my calls loads things forever and I can never seem to get a good signal. I was paying for personal hotspot on there unlimited and amazon prime plan, but It stopped working maybe after two months and I could not get anything to connect to it. They reset my phone to the towers and after the 4 time calling and even going into the store just for them to tell me I have to call because they dont know how to fix the issue, still no luck. I eventually downgraded my plan and they were nice enough to reduce the price so i did not have to pay for something that was not even working. They are always so nice on the phone, but it doesn’t make up for the crappy service i get. I can never get anything to load and it always drops my calls. It sucks.

High speed data plan is a joke ,it's in and out,charging me $15 extra to upgrade my data and it just doesn't work, graph always at 3 bars or lower, 4G working like 3G for the $60 unlimited plan ,they are scamming people by not providing what they charge you for, I will have to find a better carrier. It's not the phone, it's the low quality service they provide.

Metro by T-MOBILE on your device is guaranteed to be faulty bugged out then fail. Service also the same as their name on any device. In non white cities & towns you can't get certain devices. Why cause they're insurance doesn't cover it in the hood.
