This is the worse service ever. I needed to call 911. My phone decides to shut completely off on own. For 30 minutes. N of course i pay my service a whole month in advance n the piece of crap phone never works. I had to rate 1star just to leave a review which took me another 30 minutes. POS

I have had problem after problem since day one of service and here I am starting my second month not getting any of my 4 issues resolved because the people in the call center don't want to listen to what the problem is and want to do other crap that causes more problems and they hang up on you the second you ask for a supervisor as well I have never had this bad of customer service EVER I used metro before and never had a problem so no I know it's not the service itself that's great but the so called customer service ppl they have make me want to change carriers

Okay so I've been a Metro customer before thought they had good service so I decided to come a customer again back in March got two lines hooked up the new Moto g Stylo x love the fact of the camera and the memory capability got the phones needly started dropping calls couldn't get text messages had trouble connecting to the internet wants to go buy a troubleshooting my devices and still nothing they finally agree to switch them out for the warranties and the insurance on them oh good I'll get a phone that works still having the same issues still having trouble getting Metro to understand it still getting a hold of someone at Metro that cares hasn't happened

this company service sucks, same damn problem can't fix it. text messages can't send or receive than says how their tech engineering will be working on it. They do not have anyone working on CRAP. called eight time in the last 1.5 months, reading off the same list of questions and reading off what they are going to do! Same thing repeated by different people trying to speak English! "So sorry, good day, yes?" Their service has GONE DOWN THE TOILET AND DOESN'T WORK, WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY!!!!! They do not know how to troubleshoot anything, I was just told it's my phone and it's because it's locked, so it just locked after being UNLOCKED FOR THE PAST 1.5 YRS??!! Then was told it has to be my SIM card, but if they do a system reset it works of a few days then back to the same issue, so that excludes the SIM card theory. So pissed they nobody that can troubleshoot. "good day ,yes, so sorry hear" METROPCS JUST GO OUT OF BUSINESS AND DO EVERYONE A FAVOR

We have been with this service for 5 years. But everytime we go to a store to upgrade our phones. They do not have any phones in stock. As a matter of fact. My husband and I were going to get 2 phones today. But they did not have the ones we wanted. Nor any other 5g phones in stock. There were only 4 phones in there entire store stock. Hopefully verizon will have more to choose from. Because this service is going to stop very soon.

I switched from boost mobile after 15 years with boost. Since day one my metro phone wouldn't text ,my mobile data turned off at random. Was told they reset my account n would take few days. After 4 or 5 times phone still not working n then was told my 15 days was up to return phone. This lasted 2 months. Never got phone working rite they offered to ship phone out for warranty but would take about 7 days n I would have to pay $25 n go with out a phone till it came back. Staff was rude n nasty. Only cared about getting u signed up with metro. I need my phone for work. So I went back to boost n same day got free phone. Never will try metro again. Was sent to metro store 5 times n hours on the phone. They get no stars. Store is on us 1 in vero Beach. Back to boost n couldn't be happier. Plus metro plans are a lot more then boost with crappy service.

I have been a customer for over 3 years and always made my payments on time or before my due date.I get paid on the 28th or 29h every month for disability. Well all I needed was 2 hours for my check to hit and I knew service would be cutoff because they are not helpful. So I hit extension just 2 hours now and they say I can't get it. I got 1 last month for a few hours . I have had 1 extension for 3 years! What a sorry company, getting maybe 14mbps! Lucky I have Xfinity Wifi at home at 60 Mbps! What a sorry company.. and customer service, what a joke.. I don't even bother to call.

I want to express my frustration and anger with Metro PCS store located at 514 Main Street in New Rochelle. I purchased a REVVL 4plus phone recently only to find out it was defective. I have had so many disturbing issues with the phone. Unfortunately i spoke with the manager of the store Jose P. who allowed us to come back to the store to choose another phone. I found one and then was told by the manager that he needed to contact the corporate office to get the ok for this transaction. The phone i wanted was $30 dollars more and i was willing to pay the difference. Bottom line (so as to not go into too much detail) a week passed and nobody helped me. Not the corporate office, not the store, not the boss not the manager. Nobody. I have been given million excuses, they are all beating around the bush saying i can not even get a refund and are trying to stick me with a replacement phone or a phone that i do not even want. Please do not visit this store. They do not care about you at all.
