Do not go to metro PC in Killeen Texas on rancier avenue they do a horrible job of customer service I tell you a short quick story,l needed to file a claim on my cell phone insurance, I paid the $60 in the store waited three days for my phone take it back up to the store in the lady asked me did I have the mail package that it came in and said no so I had to go back to the house to get the mail package it came in, since you want to see my ID until I didn't have it which I did but I didn't see no reason for her to have it when I bought the phone from there the same store in the guy that was in there that sold me the phone was next to her he could have easily vouch for me is still he told me the same thing I think they just did not want to do any work so imma just wait until the store close and wait for the minutes to come up there and talk to them and see what will happen but I think I am going to cancel my service and go elsewhere

Terrible service I was scammed! I purchased service for Metro PCS in May of this year I bought a cell phone and service I paid $170 and have not been able to use my phone like I'm supposed to since day one I've been having trouble using my phone I even let them know I requested a brand new phone on the first day they told me I did not have that option I asked them why do I not have that option since I just purchased the plan hours ago they told me that they have to try to make the phone work well it's been 2 months and my phone still does not work properly I have called customer service several times I even called and talked to managers and still nothing I've been getting hung up on service interruption is ridiculous! I requested to speak to the owner of the store once I put in my request I was told I would get a call within 3 days I never got a call I went back to see why I was not getting a phone call they said they did what they said they would do which was to get a hold of the owner and they did their job and that's all they can do I said well I would like to get a new phone to the manager at the store I purchased it from that said she remembers me going through this since day one and says she can't do anything about it she says she can't even give me a new phone I then asked why she said because it's up to the owner and because the owner doesn't want to talk to me there's nothing I can do! I'm being told the only option I have is to get a refurbished phone and this is literally since the first week of me having this service I'm being told this! I was told by a customer service representative that they had 14 days to give me a brand new phone I was never given that option even though I requested it this is a terrible service they have terrible customer service terrible business ethics they scammed me out of $170 I will never recommend them to anyone do not waste your money

We been with metro for 13 yrs.we own our own company and buy new phones every yr.never been late on payments ever.i had my phone for 4 yrs with upgrades it got to slow so my husband bought me what we thought was new phone.the next day it started by it self down loading tons of apps locking up cutting off phone calls.we took it back they said i opened a bunch of viruses.i did nothing it did what it wanted to.they cleared it next day samething.opening apps sitting on table.took it back they factory reset it.next day same thing.they made us video it doing it.took in to show video woman said we dont handle this take to corporate office did that.they said the store we bought from is one to replace it.i called our store we go to the girl called owner.he called me said my husband made gun threat there taking statements sending video & voice statments to corproate office we cant call go in or anything till they see if he made threat.going in 2 wks being blamed time off work & suddenly its a threat made is issue.anyone would be upset this 2 wk pass the buck.13yrs thousands of dollars.nothing about a threat being made till that store sent him to. Corporate.I think they road him for wasting everyones time.all he had to do is replace a messed up phone.all these yrs & money.our 1st complate & they black ball us from calling going in any metro store.they dont care about lolaty they just dont want to exchange fix or help there all rude in there stores.if you have a proplem.nice as can be to sell phones & pkg deals.where done they lie blame you never fix there phones.test it i did sent phone to be fixed had grape jelly smug on side very visable 3 times phone went in for repair.came back same mark same spot where phone would be opened up a small dot never gone how is that possible.you open phone it would be wipped off.i left it there on purpose becsuse i new they didnt open phone & it still never worked.had to buy new one.everything slow even on faster new phones that dont work.anyway the can get xtra money without working for it there pros.bye metro your service costumer service going to sink hole.they wont be around much longer.go to t möbile anywhere but metro.

I've been with MetroPCS for years and I have always paid with my credit card online, 60.00 with no problems. So since I decided that I really don't need the full $60 plan I have internet at my home I went ahead and I downgraded to $30 a month plan. Now I try to pay my bill online and it won't accept my credit card, says it's an invalid card. Funny so I try another one of my credit cards it too is also declined saying invalid credit card. But it works everywhere else?? It's not hard to figure out why. Now they want me to pay my bill where there's a 3 or 4 dollar fee? And you know what, most people probably will just pay it because it's too much of a "hassle" to switch companies. Not me. And I found that yesterday was one of the happiest days of my life, because after two or three stressful phone calls of being accidentally disconnected I finally was able to simi talk with somebody with broken English to get my account number.

I've been with metro PCs for years. I don't like changing things in used to. That and the fact everyone knows my number and if I change providers I would wish to keep my number and continue a no contract phone service. No matter what phone I bought from metro, the service is somewhat worthless. More times than not when it comes to calling someone It never rings and I have to restart my phone anywhere between 1 and 4 times for it to finally ring. If it doesn't ring the other line will claim they answered and heard me but I hear nothing from them or no ringing of the phone. One would think after such long time this issue would resolve but that has ceased to yet happen. Not to mention if I turn wifi on at any given point n then turn it off my phone does not go back into service until I reset my phone, half the time it needs to be reset more than once. Going through MetroPCS is more frustrating than enjoyable but nowadays it is necessary to have a cell phone just about. Looking back I don't think I have ever been 100 percent pleased with their service for the many years I have been with them.

You won't take my payment through your app you charge me $3 to actually do your job in a store and then you incorrectly Bill my account for an overturned charge almost 3 years ago???

Run..Run..Run..They get your money tell you that they did what you requested them to do. You get your bill and can't access because they put the information under someone else's name. Then want a PIN number that wasn't given. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AS LONG AS GID GIVES ME BREATHE..I MEAN NEVER..LIARS & DECEIVERS.. IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE 100 I WOULD..HORRIBLE

I switched cell phone carriers and I still got charged for the month. I cant access my account since I switched. I want my money back.
