No customer service period.I got stolen from one of there stores in Tulsa Okla.63rd and Peoria don't go.They are not MetroPCS they are a business tmobile allows to steal from the public.My credit was accessed after purchase created a problem as I have monitoring.The District Manager of that store Diamond and Ryan only ones who touched my I'd.Ryan gone Diamond doesn't care..But if Metro see this they need to know.Im filing charges over there attempt at my credit...Don't go to that store you will lose our.They will put things you didn't order...Metro PCs no customer service..

OMG, The worst absolute customer service or support. I brought over my phone and the internet wouldn't work. I must have called 14 times with the same response. No problem sir, so sorry you're having this problem but rest assured we'll have this up and running in no time. Then they agreed to a 40 dollar refund. Still 2 months later they are saying, call back tomorrow for an answer. Like what!?!? You already said you would give me a refund and actually gave me a date which you didn't fulfill. Spend the extra 20 dollars and get Verizon or At&t. METRO BY T MOBILE IS HORRIBLE

I was with this company for 10 years and I used to think it was a good deal. I recently switched to Xfinity because they offered a better deal by combining my internet and phone bill. I called Metro PCS after switching to cancel my account with them and to ask about refunding the balance on my account and I was told in no uncertain terms that they would not refund the money and they are keeping it. I have a habit of paying my bills a few months in advance whenever possible and my cheap phone bill was at least 2 or 3 months paid in advance that's maybe 100-150 dollars that they refuse to refund me. (Stick 'Em' Up) It's highway Robbery! I also had a miscellaneous balance from when I needed to use the hot spot, I had an extra 20 dollars left over on my account that I didn't end up spending and I was told that the money could not be used towards paying my bill so I left it in case I needed extra hotspot data again someday but never spent it. So that's 120-170 dollars they have now stolen from me. Their reasoning was that I should have called them before I canceled my account instead of doing it through Xfinity and because I failed to do so they will not return my money. That's worse than bad business it's thievery!

Initially I thought Metro PCS was a really good company. I had been with this company for several years however customer service has been steadily declining. Last several times I called customer service each time was out lied to. My latest problem was I was not able to disable the call forwarding feature customer service rep told me to dial ##61# wrong, I got invalid feature code and SIM card read error ended up having to go to the nearest store which is 60 mi away right there tried 10 different SIM cards still getting same air ended up removing the call forwarding feature so to force the feature to turn off. He then shrugged his shoulders And said he has no idea what the problem is and just started working with somebody else and ignored me Best thing I ever did Porting my number out to straight talk. Will never go back and am advising all my friends never go to this company.

I went to get a family plan at Dublin, OH location. The plan was supposed to $25/mos for 4 lines in Nov 2021. Then the service sucks and rarely get to access data that works. So I went to cancel the my phone numbers. I ported 2 over from another carrier couldn't because I had to wait 6mos mininum before I could. The app itself sucks, it repeats the question over and over. Don't go with them they can't even let you suspend just the data only. I worked with a cellular company before know it's within the company's system. I'll be switching back to Straight Talk.

We bought a new phone for my wife,the girl that waited on us was on her phone crying and talking care of our new phone at the same time I should have stopped right there but I didn’t we left the store and went to our camp in Maine shortly after the phone died,we looked for a metro phone store but none in the area there was however a T-Mobile store,we were able to get the phone working again. We decided to switch to T-Mobile because there was a store close to us both at home and at camp.Imagine our surprise when we found out that metro had put a lock on our new phone,no one had mentioned that we needed to stay with metro for 180 days before we could change carriers,no contract,bought the phone outright but useless to us for 6months. Thanks Metro PCS for nothing

Una reverenda porquería e llamado a servicio al cliente mas de 200 veces y no solucionan nada pero para cobrar son veloces ge dicen q la línea es ilimitada pero no te dicen que luego de un tiempo se pondrá lento en muchas oportunidades el tercer día de Aver pagado el internet no carga es decepcionante que en EEUU esto ocurra cuando se supone q el internet debería ser rápido

Been having problems with my phone since I returned back to GA went to Texas in October 2021 returned back to GA January 2022 too find out I can't use my phone inside of my House been to a local Store no help called Technical support no help was told to Buy another device mean while I can only use the phone if I have internet was told towers in the area was down been a customer since 2016 haven't had any problems until now have exhausted all Avenues With this Company this is my last Month with Metro no service Pc
