I have been with this company from 2018 and today was the worst time dealing this ever. I will let anybody call in and make a change to your account that is under MY NAME and I pay the bill on.... the security and your private information is not secure....someone call me from a store in another state that was not on my account but I was being a nice person and let them use my extra line not access to my account and I have a security pin on my account..which did not matter... I will be changing companies soon.. I spoke with the manager there and they did not care... I am done with this company

I have been a loyal customer for almost as long as Metro as been in business. I had a mulfunction with a phone I only had for 2 mons. Brought it into a store & they told me I had to pay full price for a phone. REALLY....Whatever had too. I need a phone & they know that. Had to go back 3 times because some of my info did not download. She obviously didnt have a clue on how to do it. Went to a different Metro to see if they could help me & they said I had to pay another 21.00. Which thats what they charge now to transfere everything. Anyway told them a few things & left. Still dont have some of my info. Also this morning I discovered by people trying to tc me that my phone was shut off. Always made my payments on time which I paid last wk. So I called & they said I still owe 6.00. Of course I said for what. Supposedly the new phone I got was 6.00 more a month. Its not the money but the principal of it all.. I was not told this of course. Im so over with this company Im going to look elsewhere for a new company. Pretty damn sad been with them for so long & this is the end result...

The very worst service I have ever utilized for mobile phone service. How they get rave reviews from techies I will never understand. But I will say this, pay attention to the techies reviewing them they are obviously on the take.

Called them to report that someone used my moms credit card to.purchase phones and other stuff and they were rude, didnt want to help bc we dont have an account. Hung up on us so i called a different number and said you guys do nothing to help out and was told to dispute the charges at their corporate office and we need an account to do so. Someone hacked her cc and we dont have an account hows that going to work. Ughhhh this company is bs

Worse experience I've ever had in my life Campbell ohio.

I contacted Metro in June 2022, phone was purchased 12/15/20. My Alcatel Revl 5 failed, battery blew up. Called Metro, & phone wasn't under warranty. I got the battery replaced and the still wouldn't charge, spent additional money & the repair station still could not fix the problem. Contacted customer service & store locations, customer service & store locations did not communicate with each other. First time, stores wanted full price, customer service said I was entitled to a upgrade price. I received a metro text for a Samsung A25 for 49.95 to new & existing customers. I would like to report false advertising on this email. Store location would not even call the main office to verify I called to complain. I am reporting this to the internet about this and will be changing this service.

METRO BY T MOBILE HAS THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT IS VERY HARD TO ACTUALLY SPEAK WITH A HUMAN, AND WHEN YOU DO, THEY ARE NO HELP. THE WORST.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE IN PALM COAST FL. THEY HAVE NO PROPER TRAINING OF THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDE AND ALL THE REPS KEEPS ASKING EACH OTHER HOW TO PERFORM SIMPLE TASKS ANDTHE FEMALE REP WAS VERY DISRESPECTFUL. THEY SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN OR TRAINED BY METRO PCS.
