Due to when I purchase a phone and if something is wrong they try to figure out a way to say it works for me you don't have it all day like I do I have a new 2week old phone that is having issues with my phone keeps dimming my screen light poor reception slow intranet poor useless phone and I can't get another one trade in I'm upset cause they said I have to buy another one I'm about done with metro

I been have metro for almost 4 years. Their plans are okay but customer service needs to get better, a lot better.

Its just ok. My so called 4gLTE is definitely slower then when I had the throttled data and 2G from Tmobile so no idea how that gets calculated. I get the bill the morning that they show it is due, not cool. No real customer service, gotta go into the store most times. But it's cheap and it works! Signal is usually good too in SoCal.

Seems like when i upgraded my plan to unlimited everything including hot spot. That i barely get a data connection . i cant even log on to complain about this crappy service . i have had metro for 13 years and now have decided to switch carriers. Why have a phone service that doesn't hardly work? For close to the same money you can get a more dependable service with someone else
