How can u pay insurance for 2 years and my phone breaks and I get a more messed up phone then mine was .they don't sell Motorola flip 2024 anymore But yet they sent me one that I can't text on it took me 20 mins to write this. Metro have a lil more respect. Next I'm putting this on Better Businesses Bureau. I'm so mad. This is wrong . It's in my husband name I don't know the date but look it up u will see it

Pésimo servicio.Compre un celular en la tienda de Metro y no me sirve.Cambie de plan por consejo de ellos al más caro y no me sirve ni internet ni watssap ni nada.Muchas llamadas al servicio al cliente y nada.Muchas idas a la tienda y nada .Q frustración tan grande.Llevo un mes asi y no puedo ni trabajar ni comunicarme con mi familia.Pague como debía y no he recibido nada a cambio.Pesimo servicio y literalmente pierdes tu dinero y te tratan como si fueras un número más.

I have been a Metro PCS customer for years. My son's phone broke and Assurant insurance would not verify my identify using my passport. I went to PCS to simply purchase a phone. Instead, I was presented with a "deal" if I would switch to T-Mobile. I took the deal, all of the information was documented - one new phone and two bring-your-own-device (BYOD) to be ported to T-Mobile. The replacement phone arrived on September 10, went to Metro PCS, completed all of the necessary work to migrate from PCS to T-Mobile, got the reassurance from a T-Mobile supervisor all was well. Wrong, one of the BYOD devices was purchased from Metro PCS 351 days ago so, it was not "broken" by PCS. This meant the phone could not joint the T-Mobile network. I went to PCS, they said they could do nothing except change the number and join the phone back to PCS because the phone number was already migrated to T-Mobile. I got the account and transfer PIN from T-Mobile, then back to PCS to join the phone number and activate a plan, Bottom line, $56 it cost me to get the unbroken phone back onto a cell service. NO ONE at PCS BOTHERED to BE SURE THE BYOD Could be MIGRATED to T-Mobile!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Three days I have spent plus a large amount of NO PHONE SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It's pretty clear that Metro/T-Mobile couldn't care less about customer service.The motto should be with give you a fair price, that's it! It's actually embarrassing how bad the customer service over the phone is.Cant even upgrade without a complete hassle.Save the headache and simply go elsewhere for enhancements.

I have a prepaid phone service, I pay for it on the 18 of each month, last month my phone was out of service on the 16 and I was told that I authorized to move the payment date to the 15 which is a lie, why would I do that. That's the reason I'm leaving this phone company, sounds fishy to me.

The guy and girl that works in the Bessemer road store seems to be running scams out the store. Muhammad is the guy name he’s very dishonest. They quoted a price and then they jacked it up 45 dollars. Very rude very disrespectful and unprofessional. I don’t know who trust them to run a business. I’m calling corporate and make a formal complaint. Service is horrendous!!!

Horrible company. They will not unlock my phone even though I bought phone out right and paid in full. They gave me the runaround and told me I cannot unlock phone for 365 days. Service sucks

I been a customer with them since 2019 and they cut my phone off I figured i was late on the bill I checked my text messages and no I payed I got to the store and the clerk and customer service lady saying oh your phone is off cause you didn’t pay in July I’m lady it’s September and I paid my bill they continue to say call your bank for the payment we refunded your payment it has insufficient funds I said confused how you giving me a refund for insufficient funds it doesnt make since and to make it even greater I swiped my card in store so they lying to me about all this and I’m stuck with no service and I tried to give the benefit Of the doubt but they kept saying my card didn’t have money and i one up them my card is prepaid no transaction will go through without it being funded so yeah my loyalty is getting rewarded them stealing from me because i called brinks which who I bank with at that time they said metro is still holding my funds for that transaction and no refund had been initiated!
