Mostly I've had good luck and help when it comes to metro. So really I have to do right by their star rating. The only issue I've had was recent in them telling me a brand new unlocked phone was locked into another carrier when it was in fact just a lack of insight from the person I was speaking with that didn't know what they were doing. The second person I spoke with got the phone activated. You could tell with the second person immediately they he knew what he was talking about and what to do. There's a trick when going from regular SIM cards to E Sims and Metro doesn't yet support Sim to E Sim transfers so they have to redo your E Sim. Some companies you can just scan your old phone and the new one can just absorb the old sim number.

Fernando at 217 Main St, Hackensack, NJ figured out how to fix a problem with my wife’s line. She could not enable WiFi Calling. A rep at another Metro location could not figure it out. It turned out that an emergency address needs to be entered. Part of our address is East. However, some apps ask you to pick among addresses that specify E instead of East. Fernando changed the emergency address so that it ended in E rather than East. Bingo, it worked. We had lived with this problem for years through different iPhone models and nobody, including Apple, had figured it out until Fernando looked it over. Kudos to Fernando.

Called the first time and guy was very rude by saying mmm hmm what you want me to do about it? When I was explaining my issues. He refused to see if who end it was on. He kept saying I see no notes on your account and I said it's a first time of me calling. And he kept talking in circles, by being sexiest, and rude. So I got fed up on him and started off and hung up. Called back and a woman answered and she understood everything and looked and informed me that it was because of the hurricane is s the reason of my issues of no signal, and I'm near Oklahoma. She did exactly what i was trying to find out right off the bat. When the make employee had issues of wanting to act like an adult and do the his job. In my book the man should be fired.

We highly recommend Metro PC in Prescott Valley it has changed for the better. We have been with Metro PC about 10 years. They now have real customer service personnel. Lucy was good ol' fashion excellent customer service. She never quit and extremely helpful. She was consistant by phone before we got there and was just as awesome until we got our new phones with our fantastic old price. Her attention to detail and pleasing the customer is so refreshing. Thank you, Lucy!

It had been a few years since I purchased a new cell phone. I visited the Metro Store in Brookhaven, PA. The rep that was assisting me was Mena. She was fantastic and explained the entire process...the best type to get, functionality, pricing, etc.. She even applied the protective cover on the new cell, which anyone will tell you is a real pain. She did it flawlessly, So in closing, what a great experience I had at the Brookhaven, PA store. Mena made that possible.
