Their service isnt the greatest but the MetroPCS by me has really good customer service.

I love Metro PCS. I have been a customer for years and I would recommend them to anyone. I don't have to worry about a contract and I know what my bill is going to be every month. The only thing I think is crappy is that new customers get better deals than long time existing customers. If I have an upgrade I would like to get the Free phone offer just like a new customer would. I think a special deal at least once a year for a customer would show that Metro appreciates the business of existing customers.

my daughter recently got her phone turned on @ the location on waco dr near n 15th st in waco texas. the visit went quickly friendly service.

You can't beat the prices. However, you can beat the website with a sledge hammer sometimes. It's pitiful. My bill is always the same

Wow metro pcs is awesome my phone bill was due today but my phone was out of service yesterday which is not supposed to happen . I paid my bill late so I payed a month worth $66.00 for only 12 days wich sucks that's what happens when you are waiting for your bank to send you a creditcard but anyways i call customer service and the representative was very polite very patient and he treated me as some one that he knew it was weird but I can't knock him he is doing his job and got me to pay $32 instead of $66 for this month thats not even half off i love it but I still don't forget about my $1000 visa giftcard that I won spinning the wheel metro zone stopped right when it was searching my location so that's why I gave you four stars or it would have been five

I've been a Metro PCS user for about a year since early march last year. I joined because of one of many promotions on phones, and there phone plan rates. Where else can I get unlimited talk text and data for as low as $40 and a phone that has instant saving, and rebate offers. They pretty much always have a phone I want, and with their long running promotions they seem to have at will I'll most likely be sticking with them every time I'm looking to upgrade my phone.
