Well I did really like Metro.. I I honestly have no idea how I got put on auto pay. I never do that normally because in case if I don't have the money in my account or if the money in my account is for something more important than a phone bill.. well my phone was still active on May 31st. And was still going to be active for another day or two. They withdrew my auto pay on the 30th in the morning. On the 31st I called to get a transfer out pen because spectrum was offering me a better deal. While on the phone with the agent I was telling him I was at charter transferring out. I asked him for a refund on the $80 for the month of service for the two lines that I was not going to be using. He told me he was creating the case and that he was doing that for me. Throughout the next week and a half I called to check about this refund more than once and every agent assured me there was this case it was going to take 10 days for the refund. After waiting two weeks now... I am told that because I transferred out my account got closed therefore I don't get my refund.. I was like well then the guy on the phone should have told me that if I transferred out before my refund I wouldn't get it. That's $80 that I'm just out now and that I had more than one agent lied to me over a week period of time telling me that I was getting a refund... For them to tell me that because I transferred out in my account got closed I just out my money. So I would at least not recommend auto pay.. because of you ever switch companies you'll be losing that money. And then what's the point of them even recording the phone calls because the guy never even told me that I was going to lose the money nor did the five other agents when I was calling and asking about this in the meantime.. I'm just really pissed off because I switched to spectrum to save money because they were offering me a better deal. And then now because of me being on autopay which must be when you pay with the card online it must automatically click auto pay for you because I definitely would not have did it.. now I'm just out $80 that I was counting on for a bill. Thanks Metro .. this is how they get you not all that yada yada b******* this is where they get you..

I have been a Metro customer for 10 years but not much longer. I recently bought a new phone from them and did not know it had half the storage of my old phone. I took it back a few days later to exchange it and the store refused to do anything. I called Metro and they also would not do anything to satisfy me. The fact that the store and the company are willing to lose a 10 year customer over a $90 phone says all you need to know about their customer service.

Phone service doesn't fully suck but isn't great the real issue is the customer service ive never had a company try so hard to get over on you and steal service it's absolutely ridiculous they will turn your phone off two weeks after you paid the bill and try to force you to pay again don't recommend whatsoever

The main complaint is that I asked for a certain phone and they talked me out of it and I got a crappy Samsung phone that sucks. It's the worst phone ever f*** MetroPCS. I specifically asked them for the phone I had before which they had in stock. Now I'm stuck!!!

I remeber when thos company was good Now there service sucks and customer service, there networt is getting worse and worse.

I had to replace my broken iPhone. Went to the Apple store. Easy transaction. They put the SIM card in the new phone but the Metro service wouldn't work. Apple employee called Metro to have them turn on the service and Metro said they had to send me a text to verify. We pointed out that I can't receive a text to a non-working service. What kind of policy is that? They absolutely refused to help and told me I had to go into the store. Their customer service wouldn't let me talk to a supervisor. I think this is the only company that can't verify information over the phone. I have a pin number too. Update: I went into the store, and they never asked for my picture ID. They simply asked for my pin and activated my phone. And then charge me $21+ for activating it in a store instead of over the phone. Tried to get a refund from customer service, and they were completely unwilling to help.

How does this company say 5g better I have check my location am in UC5G FULL BARS and I get more loading then 4g Lte.

I was signed up for auto pay without my knowledge. Charged me 80$ instead of 60$ as per contract. Called every month for 8 months to resolve. Beware the "reversal" crap they text after closing the case. 7 of them added up to 212$ Not a penny ever went my bank account. Told: go to your bank done 4 times. Go to the store, done today, useless person called same third world number I have. After 37mins I left store. Tried to change over to Verizon, phone locked , called, told to buy app for 60#. Now going again tomorrow to metro store to have it unlocked. Will video the next shat show. Bob
