I'm surprised that there are so many negative experiences with MetroPCS. I switched over about a year ago, and I've been really impressed. Pros: -Easy to switch (I went into a local store) -Good customer service (there were some problems porting my number, and the rep went out of her way to get things fixed) -Super cheap plans -Decent selection of phones -Great service coverage Cons: (I haven't had any) I'd recommend switching.

MetroPCS costomer services today helped me so much. after having the worse holiday week ever, and everyone seemed to be so short and uncaring this week even at MetroPCS until Christopher actually heard me out, helped me understand what was going on and he actually cared. He turned my frown upside down and went beyond what I thought could be done and gave me 120% of great customer service. 😂😁😄

I was recently having issues getting in to my Metro account to adjust my rate plan yeah. I had tried multiple stores and was not happy at all with the customer service I received. I finally made my way to the Metro PCS on the San Souci Parkway and Hanover Township Pennsylvania & I couldn't have been happier with the staff there. They are the nicest people, they went above and beyond to help me out and get me into my account despite it taking nearly a half an hour they continued until they were able to assist me. Wonderful staff! It's a shame more locations don't have fantastic people like the ones they have at that store

I never have a problem. Bill is always the same and they let you upgrade every 90 days. All phones are affordable. Even iPhones are affordable.

Just switched to Metro Pcs a few months back, and love the service.had cricket wireless for the longest time, but the service just not what it use too be, they started to change for everything.with metro pcs call quality is great,I get lots of features and saved $10.00 a month in the process.

MetroPCS is A-OK with me! While other people buy all these high-priced iphones and androids, I still got my cheap little LG Leopn LTE that I got from Metro for around $50 or so about a year ago and it holding up just fine, has great functions and more durable that those high-priced phones (I see screens broke on those expensive iphones all the time, but I dropped mine several times and not a crack!). And for only $30 per month talk/text/data, you can't beat it!

I have been a very loyal customer to MetroPCS for at least 10 years. Boy, have they grown UP and have come a Very Long Way from being a provider whereby at one time Your Service would only work if You Were In A Certain Region of the State. When I first had the service back in the early 2000's out in Southern Florida, the service would work from for example, Miami up to around the Tampa area and then it would shut off until You got back into their coverage area. That Was Then, This Is Now! Today, the Service Covers practically the Whole United States which Now Includes Canada (my country) Yippee and Mexico depending on which type of Service You are paying for. Like I Said, MetroPCS has really Made Some Very Powerful and Positive Changes! In Addition, Now They Even Offer IPhone Services for the Same Price as an Android. Wow! I am Very Proud to be their Loyal Customer! I will Gladly give and provide a Very Good Reference, Letter Of Recommendation and Commendation to anybody who asks ME for one. No Problem! I want to also provide a Personal Commendation and High Recommendation to Alex out of the MetroPCS Corporate Store located at: 3700 South La Brea Avenue, Los Angeles, California 90016 who has known me for at least Seven (7) years + and has Provided ME with Outstanding and Top Class Customer Care Service whenever I need it!
