But this is still happening
But this is still happening, it's a shame, when the law enforcement authorities finally think to do something about this Metamask, they keep stealing and lying with the same answers they've been writing for a couple of years. People don't log into this wallet, even if you it's about your life, because your money, effort and time will be wasted like many of us. You can write to them, pray to them or whatever, some even committed suicide, they won't listen to you, because they don't care about you, they just care to your hard earned money. Truth and justice come when you least expect it, I wouldn't want to be in their shoes when they come!
Response from MetaMaskOct 26, 2023
We try to prevent scammers from harming our users, but we can't stop everything users may choose to do with their wallets. MetaMask is one of the most battle tested names in web3. We're the most used self custodial wallet in the world in part because of our impeccable security & audit history. Unfortunately, no one is able to reverse a blockchain transaction, but reach out to our support team so we can investigate and help provide next steps. https://support.MetaMask.io and click the blue 'Start a Conversation' button. The bot will ask a few questions to help get you routed to the correct team in support.
