Compré 150 dolares de ETH con Moonpay , en metamask aparece como que he recibido la cantidad. En mi wallet sin embargo aparece "0" como cantidad de ETH. Les he contactado y no he obtenido respuesta ni de moonpay o metamask. He hablado con un chatbot que no ha solucionado nada.

TWO of MetaMask's mistakes lost me my wallet. I know crypto is a risk and I risked my own money, but I didn't think it would just disappear into thin air due to TWO errors on MetaMask’s behalf. So, the first issue I had was my wallet being frozen and getting an error when I tried to do anything. I’m still logged in, it asks for my password, says welcome back, but nothing works. I spoke to the support team, they told me the only way to fix this error was to delete and reinstall the app. The only problem was I didn’t write down my secret recovery phrase… No problem right? I’m still logged in so I can just go into the settings and reveal it right? WRONG! Error number two, “can’t unlock your account, try again”. Balls, I’ll try the seed phrase… Same again. And I know I put the password in right because a) I used the same password to log into the account b) I put the password in wrong on purpose and it said “incorrect password” c) It gives me a tick, asks me to hold a button to reveal the phrase and then has the error Yes, I know its partly my fault for not writing down the SRP as soon as I downloaded the app, but like many people just starting, I didn’t think I’d be throwing so much money into an unreliable app. I have now spoke to several members of the support team, one was helpful(ish) and the others assumed I was the problem, saying things like “you put the password in wrong”, “you need to reinstall the app”, “its the wrong phrase”(whatever that means). Eventually my issue got escalated to the technical team, good news right? wrong again. “the only way is to reinstall the app” I then explain again that the SECOND issue meant I cant reinstall the app because I’ll lose everything. “you need to reinstall the app” I explain AGAIN that I’m still logged in, there must be something they can do “you are told to back up your phrase when you download the app” … Clearly not even reading my email and now, after explaining again and asking for updates, I’m being completely ignored. As you can imagine seeing your hard work disappear is very disappointing. And from reading other people’s reviews, they have had great interactions with the support team so maybe I just got unlucky with who I spoke to? The person I am emailing is called Max Hernandez. All I am hoping is that this review will get me in touch with someone actually willing to try and help me rather than spewing standard protocol information and copy and pasting. This is what I do have: - says my phrase is backed up - I am logged in still - It knows my passwords are correct and associated with my account - I can track my wallet and see it still exists Can anyone help me? it would mean a lot. DEAD APP!!! (Real rating is 0) It will ruin your crypto experience Once you put money in, it is very hard to get it out. Stick to trusted exchanges; it will chew up your profits in transaction fees when you eventually get your money out, Uses ETH as gas(the most expensive probably to fund the dead app) for every transaction basically. DO NOT USE!!!

Non usate metamask, se avete dei fondi lí, toglieteli immediatamente, in una notte sono spariti tutti i fondi che avevamo, non ti aiuta nessuno a recuperarli, si appoggiano ad un servizio che può indagare e che non ti garantisce di recuperarli, ma che ti chiede dei soldi per indagare. Lo dico per voi, non usate metamask

J'ai versé 5000 € en ETH sur mon nouveau compte Metamask le 16 novembre 2023. Ils ont été volé après 2 minutes après être arrivés. Pourtant je n'ai pas communiqué ma phrase secrète. Metamask me dit que c'est mon broker qui a fait cela, ce qu'il conteste bien sûr.
