Thank you for sharing your review. We’re sorry to hear that your experience was not completely satisfactory. We understand your concerns and would like to clarify a few points that we believe may not have been clear. First, your order was placed on July 3rd after 1 p.m. As clearly stated on our website before checkout: “Please Read Before Checkout: All orders—whether you select Free or Paid Shipping—require 2 or 3 business days for processing and shipping.” This means that although we processed your order as quickly as possible, it was shipped on the next business day, July 7th, due to the July 4th holiday and our weekend closure (Saturday and Sunday). Your order was shipped on Monday, July 7th, and as expected, you received it on Tuesday, July 8th. We believe that these dates were not fully considered when you left your review, and as a result, the 3-star rating does not fairly reflect the service we provided. We always strive to offer the best possible service and be transparent and timely. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused and are here to address any further questions you may have.
